I got real sick after going to this panda, also there workers be wiping there nose and touching stuff it shouldn’t be so a health inspector needs to visit this place pronto when they don’t expect one!!!

Overcharged for an unchanged item I didn't receive nor order. They forgot my teriyaki sauces I asked for and gave me extra sweet and sour I didn't ask for. It wasn't the best experience at a Panda Express, but was ok.

I made an online order before they opened and waited for them to open. I went in right after they unlocked the door and made my order first before taking anyone's order. I ordered a plate with only chow main, orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. I started to get a stomach ache a while after eating. I had to go to the restroom a few times and believed it was because of the food so I didn't finish it.

Terrible service, they charged me for a meal that they didn't put in my box. And I called them to tell them and they hung up on me instead of saying I'm sorry. And they charged me for something they didn't give me. I'm not going back to that trash restaurant, bad customer service.

The reason for the bad service is well the app/website and then manager not understanding the issue. So wanted to order food for the family and online says $5 off a family meal. The teriyaki couldn’t be ordered online for whatever reason so drove in and saw they do have teriyaki but the deal for the family meal is online and wasn’t honored in store. So now had to order online to get the family meal deal, wait in store for the order and then once it got close to the online order to be ready I then placed another order for teriyaki. Stupid waist of time and now realize why we eat here every so often and not on a weekly or month basis if that.

The food was great, but thru DD, they don't allow to add anything, so I got two orders of teriyaki chicken with no teriyaki sauce, Wouldn't you think to add that with any teriyaki order? is common sense, you think.

We arrived around 9 at night, we had dinner and I was surprised to see that the employees started cleaning the kitchen, they were so well coordinated that everyone knew what they had to do. As soon as we finished dinner and left the restaurant, other employees came out to clean the rest of the table area.

I ordered a bow and paid extra for the firecracker shrimp. I ended up with 90% chow mein and 10 % of the fire cracker shrimp wasn't even worth paying extra for it

My reason for giving a 2Star review is that the employee who took my order seemed to need a hearing aid for some reason. Typically I don’t have to repeat myself and others who know me well can hear me just fine. I didn’t want to have to yell at the employee serving me so I stayed calm and respectfully repeated myself a second and almost a third time. Maybe they should hire employees who don’t have problems hearing anyone or give them better training on how to listen to their customers better overall. Food was fine yet honestly their food portions giving out is small and seems to get smaller each year which is sad to see each year too. Again that’s my reason for a 2Star review.

The guy manager is always nice and his food is great, however the girl manager is always SO rude to customers! On one occasion two customers ahead of me were waiting for fresh food but she gave them the old food by accident. The customer said they were waiting for fresh food and she was rude about it and argued with the customer and put the food back. A simple "Sorry" would've been nice instead of arguing. I hate leaving negative reviews but her attitude is horrible and you're better going somewhere else.. As an ex employee at Panda I can't believe she's a manager.. Also the Drink area had water everywhere on the floor with no caution sign which is not safe.
