The place had to close because their water wasn't working.they were stingy with the portions because of that. We had to take our food to go. I bought a soda only to find out it was all carbonation! First and last time going to this one.

I placed an online mobile order in the notes I asked for extra sauces, then when I got home one of the 3 entries was dry and old tiny shriveled pieces of beef at around 1PM. I had to ask for more sauces and was disappointed when it was finally time to eat.

I ordered the teriyaki chicken and 90% was totally fat. I had taken it home to eat and discovered this at home. I called the Panda Express the next day to report and make a formal complaint and asked for a manager and the lady who answered the phone said they didn’t have one. I asked to speak with a person in charge and she said it was the chef. I asked to speak with the chef and she said that he wouldn’t understand. And then she hung up on me. I called the corporate office and made a formal complaint.
