Walked in and never even got an acknowledgment. It wasn’t even busy. They were helping one customer and there were plenty of workers. No one even said hi or I’ll be with you in a moment. Poor customer service. Just walked out.

The only thing I complain, I ordered an item that run out, Beijing beef they told me 7 minutes wait, I said it was ok, so started eating my wife and I, it took about 20 minutes, they forgot my item , I had to to check if it was ready, it was ready but wasn't ready for me. In other words they forgot.

The cashier/server named Joshua is very rude and unprofessional. I understand working in service industry can be tough and overwhelming but do not show a stank face especially when serving customers. I simply asked if the bigger plate includes a side of egg rolls or such. He squints his eyes and looks at me as if I bothered him. He hands me the food and I said thank you. He didnt acknowledge me and went to the other customer and asked if they wanted a drink, which the server never asked.

I am not going place blame on the company because this is mostly a personal problem the server/cashier needs to work on.

They had me waiting in the drive thru for about 5 minutes before taking my order, pull up to get my order that was fast but when i get home my order was not right, order 1/2 rice 1/2 chow mein, they only gave me chow mein.

I ordered a bowl with chow me in and orange chicken the orange chicken was so hard I could hardly eat it. I also ordered a ala carte of teriyaki chicken for $11. and you get 2 chicken thighs. Next time I'll go to China Panda at least you get a decent amount of food and it's not hard as a rock.

Judy, the employee, She was totally disrespectful for no reason at all, I asked for another portion of chicken, she started being rude, putting my portion aggressively, I asked her who would charge me for the extra portion and she told me it would be nothing because she knew the portions given in the beginning were absolutely ridiculous.

I did an online order and I specifically asked for only kale and cabbage for my super greens, and I got mostly broccoli. I understand a piece or 2 of broccoli but the majority was broccoli, please read the instructions on online orders better.
