We use to order this pizza all the time for my office. Thier delivery drivers were great! Then they switched to grubhub or some other delivery service. They are rude middle eastern people who do not speak english. They refuse to bring the food to my office they expect us to come down stairs and get it from the parking lot. Will never orser again i gave them 3 chances and they were all horrible

My pizza was clearly tampered with and on purpose made wrong. I wanted pepperoni and pineapple, they gave me pepperoni & tomatoes? Tomatoes were thrown all over, cheese clearly pooled off prior to sealing pizza for Uber Eats. Don't order from here I forsure my food was tampered with.

I've been a regular at the Papa John's on Valley Blvd in Fontana (Ste B) for a while now, and it's consistently one of my go-to spots for pizza. What keeps me coming back isn't just the food, but the overall experience.
First off, the team working here always has a great attitude. Every time I've picked up an order or called ahead, the staff has been genuinely friendly and helpful. It makes a real difference when you're interacting with nice people, and they definitely deliver on that front.
And then there's the pizza itself. For the price and size, you really can't beat Papa John's. Their pizzas are generously sized and the value is excellent, especially when you're feeding a family or a group. The quality of the ingredients always seems fresh, and the classic Papa John's flavor is always satisfying.
A recent discovery for me has been their New York crust pizza with multiple toppings. Seriously, this thing is a game-changer! The crust is perfectly chewy and has that authentic New York style, and loading it up with various toppings creates an absolutely killer combination. It's become my new favorite order.
Beyond the pizza, don't sleep on their Chicken Parmesan Knots. They're a fantastic side – savory, cheesy, and a perfect complement to the pizza. Overall, if you're in the Fontana area and looking for a reliable, delicious, and well-priced pizza option with friendly service, the Papa John's on Valley Blvd is a strong recommendation from me. They consistently hit all the right notes.

I’d leave 0 stars if I could. We live around the corner. We always order well done and it’s never cooked enough. We normally order from the foothill store but we didn’t want to drive today and pick it up. The pizza is never cooked enough even though we order well done. It’s always cooked perfectly from the foothill and heaven store. There isn’t to many options out here in Fontana so we are all poop out of luck. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. Hopefully they start following orders and stop being lazy.

The unfriendly cashier is serious, it's scary to ask for an order, rather among the bearded workers, they laugh as if something is wrong with the food you eat. I sent my son for one. They sent me one as if it were just paperoni and cheese. I sent it to change. I checked to see if they would give me another one. Not only did they add some ingredients to it, it has to have some ingredients in all the slices. I imagine they sent me the same one today, January 1, 2025. 5pm

Placed an order on the app for 5:45 delivery. 6:00 no food. Called store and food was ready but I was told they were really busy and couldn't give me a time when it would be delivered. Had to cancel my order and order from pizza pirates.
