Placed an order for pizza, soda, and a brownie online. The order arrived within the estimated time frame, but my pizza was cold and the brownie was burnt and hard.
Called and ordered three large pizzas tonight at 6:15. Paid with my american express card and was told the pizzas would be delivered in 30-45 minutes. An hour and a half later I call to see what's going on. I was told my credit card was declined then was told no that was someone else. Then was told I never placed an order.
