My experience tonight at this location was unacceptable. I placed an online order for a supreme pizza & there was no cheese on it & all of the veggies were falling off to where my entire pizza fell apart. I asked to speak to the manager (Angelica) about it & she proceeded to say “what do you want me to do about it that’s how we make our pizza” she proceeded to cut me off while speaking when I addressed my concern with a lot of kindness. The worst customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time especially from a manager. Angelica has no business working in the good industry or in management as she is incapable of having respect for customers & is very terrible at problem solving. I also spoke to Sam who advised he was her manager. I appreciate Sam being respectful towards me & treating the situation with patience. Normally a customer would call & be rude about the fact their pizza was not edible. I have been a manager in many places so I know what skills you have to have & I will be reaching out to corporate. She needs to be let go from this position. I will never return or recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have stopped ordering from Papa John's because of this location for a long time, but I thought I would give them another try......super regretful that I did. I ordered a NYC pizza with pepperoni, it came with cheese only. I also ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with light cheese. There was literally three slices of pizza with no cheese at all and the rest was smothered in cheese to the point that you couldn't even see the toppings. There were also huge slices of uncooked onions all over the pizza, as if they forgot to chopped them up and after they wakes the pizza they just decided to throw some tough thick onion slices on top. Ridiculous! This was the very last time I will ever have Papa Johns's.

Order the chesseburger papadilla tonight pepperoni epic stuff crust and the cheesy bread. The cheeseburger papadilla was not what I expected nor was the cheesy bread. The epic stuff crust was BOMB AS HELL! For the price it was great. I wont ordet the cheeseburger and cheesy bread again though. Just not my thing. I wont give this store 1 star because of my choice. Good job guys!

This Papa Johns use to make better pizza at some point, last time I came it almost seemed under cooked! It was incredibly greasy, and was probably the most awful pizza I've had in recent memory. My local gas station serves better pizza. Avoid.
