I do NOT recommend this place because when you pay the prices are super high compared to the prices shown on the menu… The most ridiculous thing is that they were demanding a tip from me, which they don't deserve because the service is terrible.

Quality of food has changed a lot and prices are high. Unfortunately will not be returning, broth tasted old and refrigerated , condiments/ sauces for pho seemed old and red sauce with seeds tasted expired . This used to be my go to local pho spot.

The only reason we ate here is because Dicky's Barbecue Pit was closed. When we ordered food my wife ask for water. The manager lady said "the water will be from the sink faucet is that okay? My wife asked if it is filtered. The lady said she doesn't know. How do you not know. It's your establishment. So we ordered bottled water. She brought out 2 Kirkland bottled water from Costco and charges us $2.50 each. Beefsteak was thin. Shrimp paste cake was so thin that it looks like rice paper. Bill came out to $45 for 2 dish and 2 bottled water from Costco. Last time I'm ever going to eat here. And it seems like I'm not the only one complaining about the price and bad food.

I ordered the brisket and steak Pho and it had almost no meat. They gave me the wrong spring rolls and so stingy on the chili oil. Won’t be back!

ODD BEEF, HARD RICE AND UNKIND SERVICE: I came to try this restaurant because the food looked great in the pictures. Ordering was a bit confusing as the cashier did not know which plate was the beef plate. After getting another worker involved and recieving my food, the beef was a pink/orange color, was not chailpoiled (no grill marks, just simply warmed up) and the meat was thin and had a gummy texture. The rice was also hard. When I told them this, and spoke to the manger, she and the other worker simply said it's my fault I ordered the beef and because I took a bite I would recieve no refund. When I asked if they knew where they got their beef from they said I DONT KNOW, some supplier. Never coming again.
If you want to build a great reputation for your establishment at least offer to make them a different plate and know WHO your vendors are to show customers you care enough what you are serving them.
In the end, I left the food with them to throw away and went to farmer boys. The chicken there tastes more real.

When we entered the air conditioning wasn’t on and said they just turned it on. We decided to switch seats since the air was flowing in another seat. When we ordered the food the manager lady was super friendly. When we got our food we expected more since we ordered the large everything. When we started eating the managers kids came over and just started shouting around the whole room. It didn’t feel like a restaurant it felt like I was at someone’s house. And when the kids came in they immediately turned on the AC higher. (Why didn’t they do this earlier) The kids shouting and playing were very annoying. Like said it felt like a house or a zoo. The beef felt like it was heated and put into the food. The only thing stopping this from being a 1 star is the manager lady was super nice.

Very dirty disgusting place They have reusable chopsticks that are never washed and sit there on the table dusty all of the condiment bottles are empty and look old. There was food and stains all over the tables in the walls.
This is our first time here and it will be our last time going here. Why? The service isn't good, they couldn't even get the right price on the menu. When we asked about the price to see if there was an error on it because they were charging us on such a high price. I went to ask but they've seem unhappy and not wanting to serve us. About the price, we just wanted some egg rolls and for one single one it was for 4$. That is just crazy. If I were you I wouldn't come to this place.

The first time I went here I didn’t feel anything off, second time I came was a horrible experience. I got chicken pho and so did my brother and the pho soup was sooo much smaller of portion than last time I got pho ,me and my brother noticed right away that the soup portion was not 14$ worth of pho there was like 5 pieces of chicken and not much noodles. We also got charged water which was crazy and there were no napkins around she only came out with 2 napkins it seemed like their on a heavy budget and her overall service was rude like seriously doesn’t she want a tip? It’s crazy that we had to conserve our water we were so thirsty but there were no free refills for ANYTHING, like seriously?? What “restaurant” charges for water so rude 100% not coming back and there were no other customers and the other bad reviews are 100% accurate, sad to say because we live so close now have to make a drive to other pho places

Really love this place! Went for brisket pho, bahn mi, and Thai tea. Everything tasted amazing. I was so sad to learn that they’ve had trouble getting business. Pay them a visit, you won’t be disappointed.
