The first time I went here I didn’t feel anything off, second time I came was a horrible experience. I got chicken pho and so did my brother and the pho soup was sooo much smaller of portion than last time I got pho ,me and my brother noticed right away that the soup portion was not 14$ worth of pho there was like 5 pieces of chicken and not much noodles. We also got charged water which was crazy and there were no napkins around she only came out with 2 napkins it seemed like their on a heavy budget and her overall service was rude like seriously doesn’t she want a tip? It’s crazy that we had to conserve our water we were so thirsty but there were no free refills for ANYTHING, like seriously?? What “restaurant” charges for water so rude 100% not coming back and there were no other customers and the other bad reviews are 100% accurate, sad to say because we live so close now have to make a drive to other pho places

Really love this place! Went for brisket pho, bahn mi, and Thai tea. Everything tasted amazing. I was so sad to learn that they’ve had trouble getting business. Pay them a visit, you won’t be disappointed.

Nice spot. Good is ready pretty quick. But after ordering 1 large Pho 1 combination fried rice and 2 water bottles I paid $44. That’s not ok. I can’t justify the price having other better Pho spots that don’t over charge.

Worst pho, Bahn Mi and spring rolls I have ever had. Broth tasted like cloves all the meat was more like jerky. A waste of money.

The food was tasty but the short lady who I'm almost sure is the owner was completely rude and unpleasant. I bit my tongue but what I really wanted to say was thank you for your shitty service I will never dine in again. On top of that I paid well over $41 for just appetizers and a tea. Anyone reading this, makes sure to speak up to her or her staff and let them know that they should consider being nicer to their customers.

I tried this restaurant a few times when it first opened, but did not care for their food. I don’t like to judge a restaurant on only one visit which is why I tried it a few times. In the end, I decided it wasn’t for me, so stopped going. Fast forward to today I decided to give it a try again… mostly because I was craving Vietnamese food, was very short on time, and this is the closest place to my home. Unfortunately the outcome was the same. The flavor of the Vietnamese food here is just not good. I’ve enjoyed Vietnamese food for 24 years in many various locations, most of which are located in the Orange County area. This is the only location where I outright disliked everything. Today I ordered Spring Rolls (2 types), Vietnamese Egg Rolls, and combination Fried Rice. These are pretty basic items that every Vietnamese restaurant offers. However each item tasted like it was doused in fish sauce. Now I enjoy a little fish sauce with my Egg Rolls, but I like to control how much. With this, even the contents inside my Spring Rolls (vegetables, noodles, and meat) all tasted like they were soaked in fish sauce before being wrapped. It was tangy and drowned out the other flavors. Even the peanut sauce that accompanied the spring Rolls tasted like it had fish sauce in it. It was tangy and not sweet. I placed my order to go and when I took it to the car the fish sauce smell was overwhelming. I assumed it was the smell of the shrimp in my combination rice, it wasn’t. Now I didn’t have any issue with the service or the environment, it’s only the taste of the food that was far below expectation. This is my final visit. I will not be coming back.

Close to home best pho. Broth is good. Prices are a bit high but it doesn't stop us from coming back. Egg rolls and Thai tea are yummy.

I ordered a chicken flat noodle plate and some spring rolls. The meat in both items were hard and tasted frozen and old. I I used to love this place. I can now understand why it's always empty. I've dined in 4 times and have always been they're only customer while there. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

I've been twice, however the most recent time visiting will be my LAST. Waitress very rude, pushy. My portion size of Pho was different from both times so I let her know and she disagreed with me so that was that. Prices are horrendous. As a customer you are not right at this spot. I would dodge it unless you like rude service and greasy food. There's other pho spots.

We've been coming here for years and it's always been good. The pho broth is decent and it's close to our home. However, today food quality is subpar, the restaurant just feels dirty. Looking at the sriracha and hoisin sauce bottles they're sticky and just gives off that dirty feels. The herbs, bean sprouts, and Limes looks old. I hate to admit that this might be the last time we come, because Pho amour used to be our go to when we want Pho, but we might have to drive further out for a better pho restaurant
