Pizza was raw . Dough was pale and cheese barely melted . I took it back and asked for another pizza and the second one was still undercooked . Asked for them to put it in the oven again and the lady had an attitude. Then I asked for Parmesan for free for the trouble and she slammed them on the counter and rushed me out . Fyi the pizza was still undercooked and now it’s stuck to the cardboard. They clearly just threw the whole box in the oven . This establishment is disgusting and gross . I’ll never be going back here . And remind you , i stayed respectful the entire time and they act like their job is so hard . You’re making freaking pizza .

I placed an order at 5:27pm on 2/14 and was supposed to receive my pizza by 5:45pm by 6:30pm I was still waiting for my pizza I called over 15 times and no one answered and when they finally decided to pick up the phone they didn’t even say hello they just hung up. I got no order updates even on the app it never changed it is now 12:43am and it still says I should get my pizza at 5:45pm 2/14. Horrible place to order from this store is nothing but bad and my order was over $100 so it’s not like I only ordered one pizza I ordered a good amount of stuff just to never get it and to never get ahold of a worker!!!
