Worst experience at a Pizza Hut in my life!!! Ordered pizza over the phone because We decided to do a carryout. I spend $82.84 for 2 XL 16-inch veggie lover pizzas for my guests. When they eat tastes not good. Both pizzas world's worst pizzas in this world. I’ll never go to this shop again, especially this location 📍 I will not give even a single star to this store.

Don't go to this pizza hut! The management and workers are rude and unprofessional! They forgot items tried to lie saying they gave it to me which they absolutely didn't and decided to argue with me over there mistakes! Aldo is definitely rude as ever and I will never go back here! Food was definitely cooked poorly as well!

If I can give it a zero I would. Just last week me and my husband just moved out here and wanted to look around for something to eat. We ate 711 pizza a couple times and literally on our last $40. We love carne asada tacos, love Phó, basically love food. But decided to look around and decided to go to this pizza place. My husband placed his order and came to the car and said the pizza was gonna be ready in 6 min. I was like are you sure lets just give them time. Not thinking that not even frozen pizza is ready in 6 min. And got our order ready and excited went home. And when we opened the box we looked at each other like WT each piece was not even connected the cheese from the cheese crust was literally unseen. We was like what happened it was so traumatized that we will never ever eat pizza from there again. if you want cheesy pizza just go to 711 & thats said AF.. at least its fresh and cheezy SMH... $40 for trash when we was at our last just moved out here.

bought the New Yorker pizza and the pizza is like left over, dry and ugly, its not hot, it means its not freshly baked!!! im not gonna buy here again!!! im very disappointed!! this is my last order from this, very unprofessional, lazy, all crew must be fired!!!! train more stupid and lazy bakers!!!!

When you call to place an order it is now a call center and then they lose your order and if you try to talk to anyone they just don't answer or they hang up on you. Shame on this nostalgic business for resorting to impersonal out of country call centers.
I'm a delivery boy. I waited here for about 40 minutes last week and didn't get my pizza. There is a big problem with the management of this store. The employees are doing nothing at work.

Don't let Aldo near your order. He came to ring me up for a marinara and because the cook accidently added an extra sauce Aldo opens my order to grab it out the box without washing his hands. When I confronted him he lied saying he washed his hand when he came from behind the employee door with his cell in hand and the wash station the opposite side of the room.

It too expensive last time I order Pizza Hut & it ain’t even all that 47$ for a stuffed crust and some 8 piece wings and they are chicken nugget bite size. All cheese pizza was dry too & baked for too long.

I placed an order online for pickup. My order was 2 mediums pizzas. I was running late for pick up and called to ask if they could cook pizzas later so they could be hot. Instead, when I arrived, the pizza boxes felt luke warm and not right from the oven. I was disappointed because I was told it could be done. Oh well, I tried. My overall score is a 2 star ?
