First and last time coming here. I recived a gift card for pizza hut worth 25 dollars. I arrived and I asked the cashier what she recommended and she didn't really respond. I asked if she had a menu and she gave me one. There are no prices anywhere whatsoever and I saw that there was pepperoni lovers. It sounded tasty so I ordered it. The cashier never told me the total and told me to swipe.my gift card. I did add then she told me the total. I ordered 1 large pepperoni lovers and 1 dipping sauce. 30 DOLLARS. That one pizza cost 26 dollars. I was absolutely stunned. I asked if I could cancel the order, but she told me that she can't and she also told me that she can't give me a refund since she was the only employee there until 3 o clock. It was 11:30am. So Im stuck with paying 30 dollars for one pizza that I dont even want anymore. I funish paying and she tells me that it would take 10 min. I knew that she would take longer

Tried to order pizza their dinner box off their website, suppose to come with 2 pizzas and wings. They were sold out of wings. Thats crazy. They wanted me to replace it with pasta. Nope. I went to Dominos.

Ordered breadsticks and wanted extra seasoning otherwise they’re just dry, flavorless pieces of bread. The guy acted like adding extra seasoning to them came out of his paycheck and refused. Don’t take your job too seriously; you just work at Pizza Hut. On another note, I’ve never had this happen at any other location. Won’t be returning here.

Walked in and can tell the lady absolutely hates her job. I got the stuffed crust pizza and is the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. I honestly think they forgot the cheese and sauce or they ran out. This place used to serve decent pizza but has gone south over the past year. I'll never go back to this place again. If you look how many 1 star reviews this place has they probably shouldn't be open
Three days ago, I ordered extra pepperonis and extra green peppers and as you could see in the photos they delivered. I picked up my pizza at the store. This is the best Pizza Hut in the Rancho Cucamonga/Fontana area, a lot better than the Archibald store.

Wow did they make a pizza good! I just ordered a medium pizza with jalapeños and man they loaded it with so many they were falling off! It was great and I’ll be back
I ordered online 30 min before coming to the store to pick up my pizza. The cashier told me they handed out my pizza to someone else, and that I have to wait until they make it again, so I was late to where I needed to get the pizza. Throughout my interaction the cashier was blunt and rude. The cashier was a female with glasses. When I opened it, it was undercooked. The pizza was doughy, there was sauce under the pizza, and it tasted bad. The worst experience of pizza hut I ever had.

The pizza was seriously disappointing ? I loved pizza hut & since my area I live in closed its pizza hut years ago I thought perfect timing since we stay at the hotel next to it. The crust was like cardboard & no flavor in the sauce & it wasn't even cut all the way through! I hate putting negative reviews but I just really was awful. The operator said 20 minutes for pick up & we still wait another 15 I know they were busy though. 30$$ for two pizza's that were money wasted.
