Walked in and can tell the lady absolutely hates her job. I got the stuffed crust pizza and is the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. I honestly think they forgot the cheese and sauce or they ran out. This place used to serve decent pizza but has gone south over the past year. I'll never go back to this place again. If you look how many 1 star reviews this place has they probably shouldn't be open

Three days ago, I ordered extra pepperonis and extra green peppers and as you could see in the photos they delivered. I picked up my pizza at the store. This is the best Pizza Hut in the Rancho Cucamonga/Fontana area, a lot better than the Archibald store.

Wow did they make a pizza good! I just ordered a medium pizza with jalapeños and man they loaded it with so many they were falling off! It was great and I’ll be back
I ordered online 30 min before coming to the store to pick up my pizza. The cashier told me they handed out my pizza to someone else, and that I have to wait until they make it again, so I was late to where I needed to get the pizza. Throughout my interaction the cashier was blunt and rude. The cashier was a female with glasses. When I opened it, it was undercooked. The pizza was doughy, there was sauce under the pizza, and it tasted bad. The worst experience of pizza hut I ever had.

The pizza was seriously disappointing ? I loved pizza hut & since my area I live in closed its pizza hut years ago I thought perfect timing since we stay at the hotel next to it. The crust was like cardboard & no flavor in the sauce & it wasn't even cut all the way through! I hate putting negative reviews but I just really was awful. The operator said 20 minutes for pick up & we still wait another 15 I know they were busy though. 30$$ for two pizza's that were money wasted.

I was not feeling well today so I decide to order pizza for my kids to eat and get it delivered. The last time I order from this location My order was messed up so they gave me a store credit, now the manager did not inform me that the store credit expires. I tried to use my credit 2 months later (today) 4/19/2024 at 8:50 pm and the manager (female) did not want to honor the credit. She even hung up in my face when I informed her that no one told me I had a time frame on my credit. I called back and she hung up again! She has no customer service and should not be in management. She is very rude and unprofessional.
Pizza had hair cooked in it several slices. Mgr. refused to listen and Corporate office has yet to make this right .. also, they removed my previous review. Replace the manger at this location and check the dough - make sure everyone is wearing appropriate clothing and hair nets, gloves to be sanitary and safe!

This is tough. The people running the actual location: amazing, sweet as pie, try their best to be helpful. The rest was of the experience was nuts. Tried to buy one small pepp pizza for my kids. Tried website, they have a deal for a medium for 7 bucks. Perfect. Delivery total? 32 bucks. Nope. Tried to set for pickup? Site crashes over and over. Try calling? Go through 15+ minutes of automated menu then corporate call center, then sitting on hold. Try just driving there. Zero parking. Literally ZERO. Just...I just wanted a small pizza for the kids man. Lol. Wild.
