My families gotten their pizza every since we moved to Fontana, always has been good. It's close, cheap, good quality, plus it's a friendly family owned small business. We usually call to place an order and pick it up in 10ish minutes, good deals too.
This used to be our pizza place. Probably ordered like 1/2 a month... It's been in Fontana for a long time and usually they were delicious!
We just re-visited and things have changed!! The service has gone down, and that's to say that I initially called in and ordered 2 pizzas (a 6 cheese 101 and a Hawaiian 101, however the gentleman on the phone was either mad or just generally rude and rushed me off the phone. I called back to check because my total was very little. And when I called back a nice lady answered and she assured me the issue had been fixed. And corrected me saying they had a 5-cheese pizza. Yet on the website and mobile ordering it said 6-cheese.
Upon pick up, this was not the case. Pizza was still messed up (we ended up with a regular mozzarella pizza and got charged for the specialty), at this point we just cut our losses and will never be back.
It just doesn't seem like they care about customer service anymore and it's really disappointing.

Nothing Special at all about this pizza. My pizza was burnt on the edges and the hoggie was terrible! The bread was not good at all. I did enjoy the cheese sticks.

Good Food at a reasonable price. I like this place for a quick stop and go type environment there is no indoor dining however the food is pretty good.
I usually get the anti-pasta salad or the medium Pizza one topping for $6 for quick n easy grab n go.
While not gourmet this is BY FAR the best neighborhood pizza place, or even chain, we have found since moving from the east coast. Reasonable prices, good customer service and consistent.

Our family just loves Pizza 101. We prefer the small "mom and pop" places because they tend to be a lot better over all as opposed to Pizza hut, Dominoes, etc. My family and I have never had an issue so far with Pizza 101 and my personal favorites are the canoli's. ?
