Really fresh food, the manager Joshua attended me and I was very happy he gave me a customer appreciation scratcher and had great customer service! I will definitely be coming back with the way I was treated and especially that delicious chicken 😋

This was my first time eating at this restaurant and I just got to say that I absolutely loved my experience. The food was incredible and the service was excellent. The workers made sure that my food was nice and fresh and although I had to wait for a little bit, they assured me that if was all going to be fresh and it really was. I will for sure keep coming here.

I’m going to give customer service a bad review, we felt rushed to place a order even after letting them know that we needed a minute, once the order was placed we did notice once we drove off that the items in our order were incorrect we had asked for the 4 piece order to be grilled chicken and the 2 piece order to be fried chicken once we pulled around to the pick up window, we asked why the rush there’s no one even here, I looked through the window and there was barely any people inside, I laid and begin checking the order only to notice the 4 piece was fried instead of grilled, although we did not order the fried chicken the food was delicious.food is on the higher end.

The food is good but the service is terrible. Always rushing when ordering through the drive through. The food is pricey and combos don’t even come with a drink. After i ordered my food and paid the drive though worker then decides to let me know it’s going to be a 15 minute wait. The horchata tasted like sink water with cinnamon. This place is going to go out of business unless they seriously improve on there service.
I walked into the restaurant thinking it would be fire roasted chicken similar to El Pollo loco. But it wasn't ,prices were inflated a bit. The fried chicken was a KFC style with campero custom spices curry,black pepper,cumin. I had 1 chicken leg and a little bit of a thigh and stopped eating it because of the flavor enhancement of the MSG, which usually I can tell because within a few minutes you are as thirsty as horse in a desert. Would I go back? Probably not,it's not my type of food,but we decided to try it anyways as a family.
