It's 12:30 am in February 5th I go to this restaurant and order an Uber. I have to show him my phone. I have seen this guy two or three times that he takes very wrong orders. After giving him my order, I asked him last time if he ordered sweet tea. He says no. He also says I forgot. He always takes the wrong order and he doesn't feel sorry. I told him that you always take my orders wrong.

Highly disappointed I ordered a caniac combo and only got a 4 piece -_- I usually don’t come to this canes location but canes never failed me so I did not feel the need to double check everything next time I’ll just drive to my trusty tippecanoe location even though its an extra 15 20 min drive

There was a long line on 1/19/2026 waited atleast 20 to 25mins my turn at drive through speaker and no greeting, drove up to windows place was empty. Please place cones in the drivethru entrance so we know youre closed.

Food is okay. Its missing seasoning. My only issue with my visit, is that i only got one cane sauce and was being charged .49 cents for an extra cup of sauce. At this particular location, my chicken strips were very small and were more like clumps.
