Louisiana Fried Chicken & Seafood

The food was delicious, and the service was good. The main dish I wanted was oxtails but they were sold out. That tells me they must have been good. I will be going back.

Ordered food from here they ran out of chicken at 4 o’clock the lady just brushed us off and said we are closed but it says you close at 8 spent over 100$ all i got was the cake we gotta do better as people man

I've been here a few times and ordered food to go but this time, we decided to dine-in because we had some time in between appointments. We ordered fried chicken, fried red snapper, red beans & rice, fries, and mac 'n cheese. The chicken was seasoned very well, and juicy with a good crunch to it. The red snapper was lightly seasoned (which complimented the fish nicely) with a nice crisp. The red beans were flavorful although I wish the roux was a little thicker. But the mac 'n cheese... it was a little bowl of creamy, stringy cheesiness, well seasoned with a hint of smoky flavored yumminess! I'm very picky about mac 'n cheese but there were no complaints here! Five stars for the food for sure, but it was a little too pricey to give it 5 stars this time around. The service was good and the small eating area was clean. I will be back again to try the oxtails because the lady that ordered it at the next table over couldn't stop talking about how good they were. I will drop a 2nd review after my next visit.

The catfish was very good. My son liked the gumbo. I felt it needed more juice. The greens were a bit salty. I didn't care for the dirty rice or yams.

One of my favorite spots. Catfish and mac&cheese are my go-to for lunch
