This used to be a favorite go to since its around the corner from home but I gave it not one, not two, but three chances recently and thier burgers get a thumbs down. The hamburger patty is a funny grayish brown color and the edges are always hard. The first time I let slide, then I gave the burger another try several months later..the same thing. It had been quite a long while til I tried it again and the same thing. This causes me to question about the safe handling of food and is it expired. Several friends have also said this as well as complaints from them about the ranch dressing! I don't think ill be going here anymore.

I bought some chili fries from here with no cheese. And when I tell you the chili, it was soupy and tasteless and definitely could use some seasonings. Probably one of the worst chili fries i've ever had.

I am sick of this place I GrubHub 24/7 visit about 20 restaurants a day and this is the only restaurant I've ever had problems with, with the counter employees having attitude. It's happened so many times across many different months and it's only this restaurant. If you do delivery service AVOID THIS RESTAURANT. Waste of gas, time, and money.

I just came from this place and i experienced very bad service 2 girls were working in front and they both were busy in there talks and i ordered my food from drive thru, let me tell you I waited there in front of the door for more than 20 minutes and when i ask them she quickly bring my food and the food is cold too, it looks like she forgot to give me my food in there girls talk!!. The owner of this restaurant needs to look up on this situation. Thanks.

Are you go there to buy burgers the burgers are bigger portion than Jack in the box or McDonald's or Carl's Junior and it tastes better fries are better too and they give yellow chili peppers What the burger if you ask
Had to use the restroom really badly and the cashier flat told me I had to buy something ( I was not opposed to buying but I had to go to the bathroom front and she denied me) really rude and not friendly at all.( I had lived by and ordered countless times in the past.) Other more respectable establishments would not let someone wraith in pain right in front of them. McDonald's would let me use the restroom first, think you're better than Micky D's?
