My review of Star Crab is 3½ stars for food. I’ve had seafood that tastes much better, especially at The Kickin’ Crab. The service was very good the server was quick with food and drinks and checked on us consistently. However, he appeared somewhat emotionless. The onion rings were 8/10, and the Cajun fries were 10/10 and the best item ordered. I ordered shrimp with head in OG flavor, garlic butter, and a hot spice level. That dish was 5/10, as it lacked flavor and was not spicy as requested. The total price for what I ordered was reasonable, and I will be uploading the receipt with prices. Overall, I would not return. This is my honest opinion.

Overpriced for very little food, most seafood boils we have been to you’re able to feed 2 people with one order of food. There was no reason why we should go to In N Out right after having dinner here because we’re still hungry.

Our 4th visit here, and our last. Service is horrible, prices are exorbitant. They will ignore you until you wonder if you even exist. A $169 combo meal should get you treated properly, but not here. I’m going to Bag o’ Crab now.

I had lunch at the place today and I’m very disappointed. I’ve been wanting to go to this place for some time now and I decided to go today when I arrived I receive the menu and saw the pricing. They were ridiculously high. But didn't matter to me. because I really wanted to try this place out. I ordered a bag of cluster crabs and received it within 30 minutes. It was not what I expected. , they gave me a whole crab. They did not cut it in half and it was flavorless. The crab small and was dry and sauce was not creamy I was very disappointed. I think the crabs are overpriced. There was nobody at the location now I understand why now. I will never go back there again. I’d rather stick with the one of the high desert Louisiana crab way better price and flavor. good luck.

We tried the fried shrimp baskets and the portions were large and everything was tasty. My only complaint was having to wait for drink refills and having to track down our waitress for the bill.

Over priced under seasoned For the price not worth it. Served old rice as rice should not be hard. 1st and last time coming here ,seafood was chewy, butter was watered down, very disappointing as son has been wanting to come here as we have a spot in Rancho across from Ontario mills and we leave full. We left a lot of food as we ordered the 100$ bucket. Save your $ and go else where, what a waste!!!!!!

The food was good. Im not sure it was quite worth that price point. They should have booths or more comfortable chairs. The tables could afford to be bigger to accommodate the bucket sized orders. They weren't helpful in taking leftovers. Obviously, I can put it up myself, but giving gloves for it would have been helpful at least. It was hard to get our servers' attention to even ask for some. She also didn't even bring out one of the drinks we asked for. I'd maybe stick to their San Bernardino location.

It wasn't worth my 35$ i order fried shrimp, white rice, sausage, potatoes, and eggs, and yes, they forgot to put my eggs in my bag. The fried shrimp was mushy like it wasn't cooked, sausage wasn't a sausage it was a big hotdog smh, potatoes was alright and last but the least the sauce was horrible, the sauce tasted stale like licking cardboard. It was my 1st time there, and I had a bad 👎 experience.
