I stopped going to this Starbucks because the drinks I buy are always made different but the past couple of days the iced peach green tea with half lemonade and half water with extra ice was made great but tonight it was terrible my cup is nothing but pure lemonade and I can’t even taste the tea. Starbucks isn’t cheap and it sucks that I pay money for drink I want and it doesn’t get made the same way each time I purchase a drink.

Horrible service, cashier rude, drink maker rude. Made our coffee wrong and gave me attitude when asked about it. This is a terrible store. Shouldn't even be a starbucks, is more like a store where owners are miserable to work there.

Carmen and Angelica gave me a terrible attitude. I don't know if they judged me because of my way of dressing, but I went in with my daughter and asked them for the password to the bathroom because, as you know, children always tell me from one moment to the next to use the bathroom and Angelica comes and tells me wait and goes to call Carmen and this lady Carmen tells me the bathrooms are only for customers. Obviously if I'm at Starbucks it's to consume their products but it was urgent for my daughter to use the bathroom. I also understand that they have pressure due to their work and the orders but it's no way. of treating clients only appearances

The customer service here surprised me because Starbucks employees are usually kind. As soon as I went through the drive thru the person taking my order seemed to be rushing and was rude. After paying and getting my drinks they LITERALLY tasted like plain ice and milk when I ordered for a strawberry’s n cream frappe WITH EXTRA STRAWBERRY PUREE and it tasted like nothing. My money was wasted here don’t recommend.

Open late, lots of space inside but none of the seating is really comfy. Outside smells, kinda like pee, not sure why, no electrical outlets to plug in your laptop.

Usually a pretty busy drive thru, I got lucky and happened to come by on a slow day. I asked for extra dragon fruit on my drink, and I guess this is considered "extra"? There's so little topping on it, I was able to count all 12 pieces of dragonfruit on it. How many would have been on my drink if I hadn't paid for extra??

Minimal seating, no outside seating anymore. Indoor seating is just a bench with a table and a table with a couple chairs. Not the ideal work space it use to be.
I always like it when starbucks workers are welcoming to strangers.
