I visited this location last week, and I went back twice because my drink wasn't made correctly even after I asked them if they have all the ingredients to make said drink. They said they did but it's still tasted as if it was pure water. He offered to remake it again but I was already late to work and I denied. When I ask them why they hadn't answered the phone before I went back the first time he said it's because it's not working right now, and still isn't working two weeks a and still isn't working a week later. I went to a different Starbucks just to make sure that it wasn't the drink changing and nope the drink tastes just as delicious as before so whoever was working kind of sucks. And the dude with the pink hat and glasses has poor customer service skills. I used to come here a few times a week I doubt I'll be returning and if I do it's most likely going to be an order for someone else

It took forever for my coffee to be made. I saw other people get theirs before mine. Can’t even order inside. I have to order online.
This pickup Starbucks is always busy, but they do try to have your order on time. They accommodate you if you need to add something to your order.

Supposed to be pickup only but now you can order inside. The whole point of this location is to pick it up and go…so it’s faster. but I don’t think a lot of people were understanding the concept or they must’ve received a lot of complaints because now they take orders at the register as well. Even though your drink is ready at the bar you have to wait forever for the 2 different families in front of you all struggle to order Venti fraps lmao
I loved the concept of pick up only. Plus if you wanted to order inside or enjoy the Starbucks ambiance you can drive to the regular starbs 1 mile away! They ruined it for all of us lol
