Good Starbucks location to do homework or office work. Plenty of seating and tables to accommodate 1 or 2 or more. I showed up at approximately 1:30pm. Place was not busy and was quiet inside. I could easily do my work and hold a conversation.

This starbucks closes on the dot even if you line and the funny thing is I had 5 minutes until the hour. No customer service whatsoever.

These girls are the worst when it comes to customer service, absolutely no acknowledgment, if you hate customer service this bad you really shouldn’t be working in customer service. We came Sunday March 30th at 2:15pm. I will make sure to also contact your management team as well.

This Starbucks use to be so fast paste but it has since taken a blow. They only ever have a single person working. That person is taking orders, making drinks, and responsible cleaning which make wait times very long. Do better

Just left right now at 5:45pm and couldn’t order. Seems like the people in front of me made a big order and probably out of convenience they told me they’re closed when it’s clearly stated they’re not supposed to close until 8pm. Pretty bothered that they would lie just to avoid doing their jobs. Definitely doesn’t represent Starbucks’ usual service standards.

Waiting at least 10 mins for them to take my order at no point did they acknowledge me, apologize for the wait, or even look my way. The whole time they were preparing drinks talking to each other.

One particular employee was upset and said we had to calm down and our order because we were ordering too much i dontbthink that is acceptable and if she has a problem with taking big orders maybe she shouldn't be working there

Came Jan 28 around 9 and dude at the drive thru window messed up my order I had ordered a iced beverage was gonna hand me a hot drink seen he messed up and just poured the hot coffee into ice it wasn’t even busy about 2 cars could of easily just made another one 10$ for a watered down coffee
I had Laura and Victoria help me, really friendly great service.
Just came in an the three employees were in a corner talking. It’s 9:38 and it says this location opens at 9. I kindly asked if they were open. One of the employees just nods her head “no” with a bad attitude. Totally rude and unprofessional. Why hire people that know nothing about customer service? This employee made me feel unwelcome, or what Starbucks stands for. She belongs at a Walmart.
