The guy who is at the register was actually very rude I went to purchase a mug and it took 10 minutes for him to actually help me out while he knew I was there. When I placed an order of my drink he was very rude this isn’t the first time he has done this to me I learned my lesson and not to o go their anymore

Disappointing Drive-Thru Experience
Starbucks on Sierra & Foothill

I stopped by the Starbucks located on Sierra and Foothill today, Thursday, August 7th at approximately 2:52 PM. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience that I feel needs to be addressed.

I accidentally missed the speaker box to place my order in the drive-thru and pulled up to the window to explain and ask if I could place a simple drink order — a Trenta Iced Passion Tea, no sweetener, no lemonade. The barista was kind and apologetic, telling me he would begin making the drink and could take my payment, but that I was required to drive around the entire drive-thru again just to follow “manager’s orders.”

This was surprising to me, as there was only one vehicle behind me and no other cars in line. It seemed completely unnecessary and inconvenient, especially for such a straightforward situation. I chose not to proceed and instead went to another nearby Starbucks down the street, where I received prompt and friendly service without hassle.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue at this location — I’ve previously encountered problems with incorrect drinks and poor customer service. In contrast, the team at the Redlands Starbucks on Stuart and Eureka consistently provides a 10/10 experience. Their professionalism, team spirit, and customer-first attitude are worth noting. Perhaps this location could benefit from training or guidance from their general manager.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that proper customer service training is provided to the team at the Sierra & Foothill location

horrible service. I went today at 7 about to be 8 and went up to the mobile order window. There were two employees who saw me (a girl with red hair and a guy - both young) and never approached or acknowledged me. mind you there was no one in the drive thru or inside. I stood there for a while without anyone asking me for my order or trying to assist me. I went inside and neither of them said hi or acknowledged me. when the service is horrid it makes me not want to order from the location regardless of the food. It’s just lack of basic human decency imo.

Worst Starbie in Fontana. They lie. If you order a Nitro Cold Brew and they are out they substitute it with a regular drip instead of informing you and letting you decide on a different drink. Also their signature coffees are all made with tons of Milk. I've been supporting a local coffee shop lately. Better quality and for a reasonable price. I was in a hurry today so I stopped by. Thanks for reminding me why I stopped coming here.

I come here about two time per week with my firend.I came in two days ago and the dine in was closed as if they were short staffed and the drive thru was full and too slow I had to go elsewhere. Today I came at around 130 pm and the guy with the long hair at the register was very rude. Drinks were incoslnsistent .This is the closest Starbucks to my place but if this continues I will have to go elsewhere.

This location is close to me so it’s usually my go-to but lately the customer service has been really bad. The employees are so rude and give attitude for no reason. They were so nice before, I’m not sure what changed.

Zendo and the other one working there on a Friday at 5:45pm have no customer service skills. I walked in and asked for the restroom code and Zendo very rudely replied “you have to buy something first” I said ok but there was a line and she or he ended up giving me the code anyway. Restroom was disgustingly dirty and there was no toilet paper. I asked to speak to their Manager and they just kept saying that the Manager is not there anyhow I asked the other one what her name was and she said she didn’t have to give it to me.

The truth is, I always liked to go get my coffee but it's not the same preparation, I told the person who served me that it didn't taste like anything, it was just milk with sugar, he gave me a shot of coffee and I had to throw it away because it was terrible. taste what a disappointment. We got two mango dragon fruit lemonades and asked for the frozen double blended and the other that was iced with extra inclusions and omggg it was sooo yummy and we love the way they made them. It wasn’t a long wait and the gentleman at the window with the brown curly hair was very sweet !
I had to pay 2 something with change and he was very nice about it?thank you!! Def coming back to this one!
They did a nice extra touch to our drinks ? we noticed, thank uuuu!!
