This drive thru is always fast. Never packed. I love it. Their service is sooo nice. Nicer than others. And when I say extra caramel they do it all the time

Love this Starbucks don’t get me wrong but it seems like the employees always have an attitude every time I place a mobile order. If me arriving there in 3/4 mins bothers them then maybe someone should fix the app and not have it say “order ready in 4 minutes”Parking: Good parking lot. Lots of homeless though so be careful

Service was absolutely amazing. Ambiance was calm and everything looked aesthetically pleasing. Was having a horrible day before coming in and the cashier (I'm sorry bro I didn't catch your name) was amazing. Whoever was working 12/18/23 @ 2:50pm is a real g. I cannot thank them enough as they brightened up my whole day. My grandma will 100% enjoy these cranberry bliss bars. Thank you again bro.

HOW DISAPPOINTING TO COME HERE LATE AT NIGHT AFTER MY LONG SHIFT JUST TO GET TERRIBLE SERVICE. To begin with is there no shift lead on duty because the workers were very unprofessional. As I got to the speaker all you hear is the employee joking around and as he’s greeting me he can’t even talk accordingly because he to busy talking, joking and laughing with the rest of his coworkers. DURING THE WHOLE TIME I ORDER I FELT RUSH, because as soon as I had completed ordering my first drink he interrupted and tells me to pull forward. Then when I get to the window he’s not even paying attention he’s just to busy talking and while my partner was paying he dropped the card reader and doesn’t even apologize as it hit my partner hand. Then when I get my order ITS COMPLETELY WRONG. My frap had whip even though I had told them no whip doesn’t even put extra caramel. Then my strawberry açaí doesn’t even have the add ons. How is he checking if he made the drink right if there isn’t even a sticker on my cup. As a former barista this is very disappointing I believe no one should have to deal with such service!

First time at this location and it was terrrrrrrrible, the drive through cashier is ghetto. My simple pumpkin cold brew wasn't made properly looked like horchata and my baked croissant was smushed and cold. I was so disappointed. Not worth spending your money at this one.

I am not crazy for Starbucks but had I gone for some tonight and I usually never have a problem. If I do it gets resolve quickly. But the moment I had gone to the window already they were laughing from the microphone. Then I asked for a blonde expresso shot but they didn't have any but offered me a regular expresso shot. I also told them no whip cream because I have a medical issue with the ingredients with whip cream. As I pull up to the window the first thing I notice the machine had blonde expresso and there was all guys in the work area laughing and talking ignoring everything I had asked for. I get my drink and what you notice whip cream. I was already exhausted from working a long shift and this is the customer service I get at night. Someone needs to do something with this crew they have going on. Very unprofessional for laughing immediately at the microphone and then still laughing and making conversation as if I wasn't even there or being taken care of seriously. I am very unhappy with this and would like to call back to get a refund or a new drink cause that was very upsetting for myself.
