Shout out to Bailey (I hope I got her name right) she was servicing the drive through today around 1:20pm and she was amazing, friendly, kind, def. brightened my day. My order was taking a bit and she struck up a conversation that felt organic and not forced not scripted! Great customer service!!

For cup release days please do better! Control the line all the way up to the cups and register. Once the doors opened the line was non existent.... also the barista created confusion because there was a sign up stating that there was a 2 cup limit per person but she was yelling out that the limit was 1 .... people were already paying for 2 cups. The limit should be 1! She also had a box with her that had a couple of cups left. I explained to her that I was behind the person she just gave a cup to and that I was 8th in line so she was nice enough to give me one but the lady that was next to me was trying to grab it from me! And I know for a fact she was NO WHERE NEAR THE FRONT!!! CONTROL THE LINE NEXT TIME.
