Love this place. Always quick and accurate. My fav starbucks.
Parking: Not an issue but some people like to pull up in the red area. I guess the extra 10 feet is too luch for them.

Girl who took my coffee order this morning had a real bad attitude and got the order wrong then got mad when I tried to correct her

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a cheese Gouda bacon sandwich. The girl was snippy. She interrupted me and asked me to wait for to make sure that she had the sandwich in the back that she had already charged me for it or was already on the screen. When they gave me the food it was burning hot. It was even warmed. It was burning hot not warm HOT. No napkins. IT WAS JUST THROWN IN MY BAG CHEESE EVERYWHERE. I could already tell she was upset or irritated. She was laughing with another co-worker, just completely rude.

Young lady running the drive thru window didn’t acknowledge me just pulled out the scanner and gave me the food and beverage. I said thank you not even a you’re welcome or anything just quiet and closed the window. Poor customer service skills.
I order coffee from here all the time and occasionally dine inside to knock out some work. Great atmosphere and great staff.

These ladies could care less that they messed up my order I had them remake it a third time The girl straight up lied to me I watched her make it. She most definitely did not put an espresso shot. How hard is it to read the label and follow simple directions coconut milk light ice extra caramel drizzle not that hard. The second time they remade it she used the big scoop to put the ice in the cup notice they change the colors of the scoops to all the same color but I still saw her take it from the bottom shelf. I am so sick and tired of Starbucks messing up my orders you charge for every little add-on and then you don't do it. Where's my compensation My time is valuable I don't have time to keep going in there talking to the baristas to fix my order. When I first stepped in the store the lady at the cash register was so busy talking to a man with a dog and looking through his phone at pictures of the puppies that she did not even acknowledge me it took a good 5 minutes before I even got to speak with her and then she acted like she was bothered. I saw them rolling their eyes at each other. Go to school get an education and get a real job but first you need to learn how to read and follow directions so disgusted

I placed an order on my mobile 15 minutes before arriving, but it wasn’t even ready. I wasn’t greeted or offered help. When I told them it’s okay just cancel the order, they didn’t even offer a refund. Proper discipline should be adjourned. This incident occurred on June 5th at 8 p.m. After I walked out and waited a few minutes in my car, a lady told me they had talked badly about a customer who had just left, attitudes like this don't get you anywhere.

Went in for gift cards for teachers appreciation week today. Got home and found out one of the envelops was empty. Had to drive all the way back to get the right gift card, which was sitting at the register. No apology or anything from the employee. Really annoyed by the attitude of the employee and the time and gas wasted.

I feel like they playing games in there. Three times ordered at a perfect timing mobile order that in fact I purposely put little cushion between to get drink done on time so by the time I get there would be ready. But all those times that have to tell them the name and they finally begin to make the drink . . ??REALLY!!!!When customers get annoyed they WILL SHOW IT. . SHOULDN'T MEAN FOR THEM TO RETALIATE BY PLAYING GAMES EVERY TIME THE NAME IS BROUGHT UP THEY DO ON PURPOSE{besides that is extremely childish for my taste}. Because anywhere else I go has done so well . . Perhaps gotten drink order wrong at times for they AGAIN not paying attention to details what customer odered, but AT LEAST is done just in time for me grab n go! ???
