Today's service was horrible (Fontana/Sierra and Valley Blvd.). I can't imagine that the person is so busy at the window that they talk over you to anticipate what you want to say for my order. I never expected that rude response from the girl from the window i like to buy my drings starbucks no only 1 time but every single day and nobody The talk to me this way if you don’t have good training as a costumer service fine another job period i hope they do something about it

Btw, i was one of two cars in the drive thru at the time. I dont even know if I got the right order because it was the first time I was ordering it. There was no straw and no napkins to wipe off excess on the cup that was spilling over, leaving my hands sticky. Again, it's so disappointing. The drink was tasty, so at least that was good.

This Starbucks is rude. Yesterday, the gal is drive-thru was rude & today, too. My husband order Venti Chai Frappucino w Almond milk, LOTS of cinnamon and whipped. Both times he got to the window & our drinks were Grande. Today, she said, if you want a bigger drink you have to get in the back of the line. That is unacceptable.

Great stop for a warm pick-me-up! The latte was smooth and just the right temperature, perfect for a chilly day. The atmosphere was cozy, and I enjoyed relaxing by the window while watching the traffic outside. Service was friendly too. Overall, a solid coffee experience – I’ll definitely be back!

I ordered English breakfast tea with two pumps of their classic syrup there was no syrup at all in my tea because it tasted bitter and dry the syrup is what takes the bitterness a way to make it taste sweet , also I ordered oatmeal with the dry fruit when I got the bag looked inside they had put nuts and walnuts in my bag not the dry fruit. Please sip your drink before you leave and also double check your bag make sure you have all your amenities that you requested and that your drink tastes correctly before you leave the facility.
Dietary restrictions: The lattes and the teas have the least amount of calories and sodium if you get a chai latte that has the least amount of the lattes of calories the teas have no sodium and no calories. All of the breakfast foods is high in sodium as are the lunches of the bakeries pastries the Madeline have the least amount of sugar and calories second would be the Apple croissant. I gave a low score because they did not make my order correctly I ordered an English breakfast tea we have two pumps of the classic syrup they did not put any syrup in there because I know what it tastes like with the syrup also I ordered the oatmeal for breakfast with the dried fruit. Instead they put nuts in my bag and did not tell me and I am actually allergic to nuts. No effort.
