I order a hot chocolate here and end up with no label and waited a whole hour for my drink, only for it to not be my drink that i ordered.

Even though I live in the Summit area of Fontana, I’ll make the drive to this Starbucks located on Slover across from the 24 Fitness. The staff is really great both mornings and nights. They are really nice and treat everyone in such a positive and welcoming manner. Today I had a double bacon and chocolate chip cookie served to me on a plate which was really nice. Then the night before this super nice crew member always remembers that I order the marshmallow dream when I come in it. This makes me the customer feel special and that the staff here goes out of their way to make sure everything is good. For me, I never encountered any rudeness or any other negative issues. The only things I get at this location is a positive attitude and a great vibe. I drive off of Summit to Citrus and then all the way down to Slover. Finally I go pass Sierra to this Starbucks. It’s always worth the drive.

This particular Starbucks had a full staff. We bought the impossible burger and it was tasty. Parking can be tricky, because the drive thru traffic can block you in.

I was getting a coffee. And I just wanted oatmilk and expresso shot. That was all i asked for. Instead the lady at the register around 2:30pm was very disrespectful. She said I was asking for two different drinks. So I just said give me that’s which i don’t know what she gave me. Definitely not an expreso with oatmilk. Once I paid which with respect to the workers. I tipped. After I paid she proceeded to make a big sigh like if I cause her stress. I was having a Starbucks far away from home (Los Angeles) for a mental health day. Her service was horrible. And I hope someone trains her on customer service. Cuz I should’ve done the sigh instead. Avoid coming at 2:30 on a Saturday.

I always got to this starbucks while shopping at target, ross or the fashion store. I always give them a chance even though they are rude. Tonight I received the wrong drink and when I went back withing 2 minutes with a full drink the girl was so rude like I was stupid. I didn't watch them make my drink and when I drank it I tasted something slimy. I didn't finish it I wasn't sure if they spit in it. With the way there attitude is I'm not sure they would respect my drink. I have to remind myself to not go here anymore. I would make a longer drive for better customer service.

Went through drive through at 5:30 am. Lady who was there (only employee working at the time) cut me off when I was ordering and wouldn’t listen to my full order. Then at the window again cuts me off. Then gives me a hard time for asking for cup sleeve. And the drink was badly made in the end. Horrible experience.

Usually always go to this location but Chanelle is so rude and has no customer service whatsoever!!! Working within this field you would think she would have a good customer service but I guess since she’s so unhappy all her customers have to experience that.
