Do NOT come to this Starbucks. So sick and tired of coming to this location and them thinking they can get away with just handing you a cup of milk with sweetener and not adding what I pay for. Coffee!!! Go to any other location but this one is just the worst. It has happened more than three times. Always have to go get a refund!

It's really weird when you spend hundreds of dollars a year at Starbucks, and they refuse to give you hot water, telling you that you need to order something, and that these are new Starbucks rules. Seriously?! It's always been possible, but here you can't.

I ordered a black coffee on Monday, August 25th at 1:55 PM and had planned to get some work done here, but the experience was disappointing. When I politely asked if the music could be turned down a little, the lady behind the counter responded curtly with “it’s already low” and gave me a look that made me feel unwelcome, as if I should leave. The cashier, who wore glasses, showed no courtesy in addressing the request. Unfortunately, the interaction left such a negative impression that I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.

Great service, staff was polite knowing they were getting towards the end of their shift. Tired, drained but with a smile on their face. With ?? customer service, this team knows how to work well regardless of the time.

The workers themselves are great. The longest thing to make in my order was a black coffee. Is this just a corporate policy? Have everything ready except for coffee. I don't know. Otherwise, the staff is nice and friendly.
