The workers themselves are great. The longest thing to make in my order was a black coffee. Is this just a corporate policy? Have everything ready except for coffee. I don't know. Otherwise, the staff is nice and friendly.

I ordered the same drink I have at at least 4 other Starbucks...they wanted to charge close to $2.50 over what I would get charged at other SB...I tried to talk with person at drive through. I left with no drink. I called the manager at that store and explained it. She said All the other Starbucks are doing it wrong...
She was not at all open to what I was saying. I called corporate. She was completely unwilling to look at the fact that she might have been able to charge it differently.
Poor manager.

Mobile orders were backed up over an hour even though my order said ready in 10 minutes. Wasn't going to wait for that! Walked in and quickly canceled my order.

This store is conveniently located on my way home from work. I have ordered there 5 times total and there is always something wrong with my order. Against my better judgment today I stopped again and the barista informed me that they don’t have change for $50 dollar bill. My order was close to $8 dollars, and what they are saying is that they don’t have $42 dollars in the register? That’s ridiculous even if that’s true. Never going back there again

This is the absolute worst Starbucks in my area. Every time I come here theres an issue with my order or attitude from the baristas. Today I ordered the same drink I get almost everyday-“ A brown sugar shaken espresso, with the Oatmilk shaken in with the espresso”. I like it this way so the espresso isn’t just sitting at the bottom of the drink.Barista- “YEAH- thats how we make it, its a SHAKEN espresso” . I had to explain why I ask for it this way…. I mean Im paying damn near $9 for a coffee it should be to my liking… and these people still ask for a “tip”To do their job.Get a grip. Management- do better. Your employees suck.

SHAME ON YOU STARBUCKS. DAVID LOVES TO BE CADDY TO CUSTOMERS. AND YOU THINK ITS ACCEPTABLE. ? MAYBE IF EVERYONE STOPS GOING THERE AND THEN YOU WILL SEE THE VALUE OF THE CUSTOMER. WE ARE NOT RUDE OR DESRESPECTFUL TO ANY OF YOUR EMPLOYEES. WE ALSO TIP. PEOPLE NEED TO STOP GOING TO THIS STARBUCKS AND SHOW THEM THE VALUE OF THE CUSTOMER AND THEN MAYBE YOU WILL SEE WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS.
