I usually come here cause it’s the nearest Starbucks to me and it’s a great place to get a drink after grocery shopping but today’s service was very disappointing. I understand people get busy when they’re cleaning but I asked if they were still open because no one was in the counter and workers were all over the place. One of the girls there respond “yes” but with an attitude and just took my order as I was saying what I wanted. All the girls there were talking and it took 10 minutes for someone to make my drink. Finally until other people got in line, the girl looked like she forgot she was even making a drink. She just placed it on the ready to-go counter without even calling it. Yes, I could’ve said something, but they look like they were bothered and ready to respond back rudely. I don’t have time for that and I would have called their attention. Please do better on who you hire to work at your establishment.

I love Starbucks at any location, this one was more of a walk in and I didn't feel like stopping for that. My sister nor myself wanted to get out, so we went to another location a couple of miles away. Nothing negative to say it's just we didn't stop because

The service is really bad not you have to stand in line because it's busy understandable you pay for items and afterwards you need to wait some for your drink to be made and its wrong and then they have the nerve to get pist off at you. Today i went in and the lady who made it had short hair sticking out of her cap and had the nerve to laugh in my face because i told her it was wrong 10/01/2022 @ maybe 300p

Service was terrible even with 3 people working the lady spend 5 minutes in discussion with the customer and then leaves the register to start placing pastries in a bag. I waited for a couple of minutes and ended up just leaving
