The old white woman with glasses doesn’t know what manners are. I came in yesterday and bought 14 gift cards. I asked for envelopes and was not given enough. I didn’t want to make a big deal because we all make mistakes. The next day my husband goes to buy more gift cards and asked for a few more envelopes (to make up for the ones I was not given the day before) White lady Karen responds to my husband “What? You don’t know how to write?” Are you kidding me?! This made me so angry because not only is my husband not going to disrespect a woman, what gave her the right to be this rude? Do we need to explain ourselves now? Well here is my explanation, Karen.
Terrible service! Don’t have people skills? Well get a job where you don’t have to deal with people!
Kudos to Jess and Lana for picking out my drink. It was delicious and perfect for my night shift! Jess made my drink as Lana assisted with any concerns I had. The drink was specially made by Jess as I gave Jess full customization on my drink. It's something I hope I can get again if plausible. 10/10 drink :)

our pink drinks were pure white and they told us it was our fault because we ordered them with light ice? they came back and lectured us 3 times because THEY messed the drink up. fix your store instead of just replying to reviews.

fire aja rudest girl that works there, i had to say my name at least 4 times because she couldn’t hear me then gave me a snotty attitude because she couldn’t find my name on the tablet and asked for the receipt the location, like what next are you gonna ask for my birth certificate? she needs to pipe down and be more calm, instead of getting mad because you can’t hear me get some hearing aids

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a while now to get my charting and paperwork done, and it’s honestly one of the best in the area. The staff are always kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful — I’ve never had a bad experience. Some of them even greet me by name now, which says a lot about the level of connection they build with their regulars (and maybe bc I go in too much haha).
I’ve tried getting work done at a few other Starbucks nearby, but the atmosphere here just feels different — more relaxed, welcoming, and easy to focus in. The energy of the team really makes a difference. Huge thanks to everyone here for consistently creating such a great environment to enjoy coffee and get work done. You guys are appreciated more than you probably realize!

Rudest starbucks in the IE. Girls got mad when I said “I'm so sorry could I please get the mango dragonfruit refresher with lemonade instead of the coffee sorry” before I finished ordering. Then they made it with water and I didn’t say anything. I drove an inch away from the window forgetting the cake pop but then reversed and then an employee said with an attitude “did you need something” rolling her eyes when I said “We forgot the cake pop” I said “thank you so much have a nice day” and she walked away

I’m not a big fan of franchise coffee shops, but Starbucks just so happen to be conveniently located right off the 15 Fwy from Baseline and decided to hit up that spot last weekend to catch up with one of my best friends who I haven’t seen in 5-6 years. The reason why I’m actually writing this review is because of the barista who made my coffee. I didn’t get his name, but he was so entertaining to chat with as I was wondering which coffee to order that isn’t too sweet, but strong with a unique taste. He recommended the horchata. Shaken, not stirred (really!). I have no idea what it was the first time I heard it, and now it’s the best tasting coffee drink available at Starbucks, especially how this barista suggested to add a “cream cap” on top, I was like “okay, there’s always a first for everything, let’s do it!” I ended up really enjoying this drink, as the cream on top when drinking without the straw really does blend the two flavors nicely. Plus, oatmilk was used to make this drink, which tasted a lot better than regular milk that are typically used to make lattes.
Another remarkable thing about this barista, he came out to the outdoor patio to hand serve my coffee as I got carried away chatting with my best friend and forgot to pick up my order at the counter. Oops!! Conveniently, I asked him if he could take a pic of me and my buddy as he was already here with us, and he humorously did a selfie with himself inside. I am very thankful that he did so because I want any customers going to this Starbucks location to make sure he’s the one making your drink since he knows his coffee, he gives great recommendations, and he puts passion right back to work. Thank you, mister! I can’t stop thinking about this amazing horchata!!! I’ll be dropping by again before this limited-time drink item disappears!
