Went to this Starbucks store today around 7:00pm the staff was not friendly or welcoming. When I asked to order a banana bread warmed up the worker responded with “oh we’re not using the oven right now, but you can get a cake pop”. Implying they had already cleaned the oven, overheard her telling her coworkers that she wanted to get out of there as soon as possible because she was tired. I also asked for apple crisp but she stated she didn’t have the syrup and the drizzle, that it needed to be replaced. It felt like she was unmotivated to do her job.

Understaffed, staff that was there did not acknowledge me and my friend standing there for a while, we were the only customers in line. One customer waiting for their beverage. It's a small location but either understaffed and/or bad with customer service. Drive thru was a priority. We did not get serviced and left the establishment very disappointed

It was good, but it was very slow service when we were the only people in the store, we stood at the register for 5 minutes before our order got taken. It was very good when we got our order, I love their vanilla bean Frap with carmel drizzle. So, for anyone that's never been, I recommend that. Was very good and would probably come back. Would recommend.

Manager Gabriel is so kind and helpful! The staff isn’t very friendly but Gabriel changes the atmosphere and helps the others be more positive.
