I have been buying the same coffee for the past 4 years, same recipe. I always ask for the same coffe sometimes twice a day. Lateley the service sucks, they have new staff most Young people , OMG this kids don't put attention to the orders They give you whetever they want, then they get mad becuase you return the coffee, everytime I go, there is something wrong with my order when I complain about it they get mad. I am writing this review while drinking a coffee of $4.15 with no sugar( was supposed to be 4 stevia)and the worst thing its a cofee they remake cuz first time they did it completely wrong.

Disappointed with the service today. Older gentleman working in there acted like we were bothering him just by placing an order. It felt like he didn’t want to be there and definitely didn’t care about the customer experience. I usually enjoy coming here, but this visit left a bad impression.

Your dark roast is advertised available as pour over but I'm told you don't have the equipment to make it pour over coffee. First Starbucks I've ever been to where I couldn't get a pour over. I. For Starbucks I've ever been to where I couldn't get a pour over. I don't understand why you don't have dark roast on tap as Pike's place is garbage. Pretty poor customer service here. Do better Starbucks

This is the only Starbucks location I’ve been to where the hours are extremely inaccurate 9 times out of 10. I came today after leaving stater brothers and as expected, it was closed. It’s 9:22PM and the Starbucks app states they close at 10:30PM.

They're not reliably open for in store pickup, at least in the evenings. The Starbucks app doesn't indicate when only drive-thru is available for order ahead, which has made me unexpectedly late for work. Customer service, though, is usually quite good.

I'm frustrated with the store doors being closed at night, when pickup can only be done via the drive-thru line. It doesn't serve the convenience and consistency Starbucks wants to sell. I understand short-staffing or perhaps a sketchy area... Hopefully, it will affect the traffic and volume this location receives, and maybe even benefit their employees, with all the demands and disgruntled customers the staff have to deal with.

That’s not what’s expencted unless they change to only drive by customer without telling in every business operation hours

I don't know what's going on with this starbucks location as of lately, but my last two orders, within a week, every single coffee (5 in total) has tasted flat. The 1st time i went back to get 3 redone. And once i got back home they still tasted watered down or just steamed milk. No coffee taste what so ever. And today, It was the same problem. I know i aint trippin. Either the coffee being used is different or gone bad, or something. But nothing is coming out good as it used to. Very disappointed.

Store was understaffed and waited 20 minutes for a drink and the lady gave the two girls in front of me gift cards or something for the delay but me? Not even a bye walking out the store or an apology maybe let's not just favor the blonde hair white girls that walk in the store everyday?

This starbucks is the closest to my house yet after an experience I had years ago I chose to go farther for a better service overall. I gave it a second chance today and I was still disappointed so I wouldn’t recommend it here AT ALL.

The people who work at this location are super kind. Always respectful and helpful. They are dedicated to the sign on their door that says WELCOME, because they say it, and then they act like you are. A few ladies in particular that have a happy smile on their face every single time! Every single time! They make me feel like getting coffee, or whatever drink is preferred that day an adventure. I absolutely love coming back
