Had gone to a different location and they messed up my drink. I was already heading home so I stopped by this location to see if they can fix my drink and they did without questions asked . Thank you so much. Girl was sweet also.
They're not reliably open for in store pickup, at least in the evenings. The Starbucks app doesn't indicate when only drive-thru is available for order ahead, which has made me unexpectedly late for work. Customer service, though, is usually quite good.
I'm frustrated with the store doors being closed at night, when pickup can only be done via the drive-thru line. It doesn't serve the convenience and consistency Starbucks wants to sell....

The people who work at this location are super kind. Always respectful and helpful. They are dedicated to the sign on their door that says WELCOME, because they say it, and then they act like you are. A few ladies in particular that have a happy smile on their face every single time! Every single time! They make me feel like getting coffee, or whatever drink is preferred that day an adventure. I absolutely love coming back
