I came in here a few days ago and my boyfriend and I were just talking about our experience here and I wanted to leave a review. First off, although our sandwich artist was not in the best mood, it was totally understandable, given the circumstances. Men that were sitting down when we walked in claimed that they were in line before us as we were standing plus waiting to order as others were head, I wasn't about to argue bcs its a subway, so we just let them go ahead. Understandable miscommunication between the two but the men were being very rude to the lady sandwich, artist as they were ordering. We were next in line she attended us and seemed drained after that conversation and I do not blame her. As the sandwich is in the oven, assuming the next sandwich artist was going to help, she walked away and original artist was helping next customer. Seemed like there was a miscommunication there, but the guy after us was a total nuance. As our bread was toasting, he had the audacity to ask what size is a footlong. Like.... sir?????? HOW LONG IS A FOOT LONG????????? If i was in her position I think I seriously would have walked out of the store. Anyways, our sandwiches came out really good. 10/10 chefs kiss

Ingredienta and veggis all fast, were patient with our complicated toppings requests and also even honored all coupons while in a small dinner rush. Polite and helpful, gave me all sauces and extras i requested. Will come back to this location!

Service was absolutely disgusting. Health hazards all over she asked what bread we wanted them processed to place it and with line not letting us look at any condiments asked very rudely Walmart we wanted would interrupt us and switch to do u want it toasted. All in all absolutely awful experience. Both ladies were a real bitch

I asked for light Mayo and the employee covered it in Mayo. I asked for a BLT and she wasn't going to put Lettuce or tomato on it. She threw bacon on one of my sandwiches very aggressively. The soda and drink machine looked dirty and was unkept. I will not be going to this location again.

Submitted a pickup order an hour prior to pick time, 15mins after pick up time order is still not ready. Not my first encounter with this location. Go to another location, this is not it! Meat was still cold and very half *** done.

Was at the restaurant today around 115 pm both employees just kept talking to each other i walk out employees like this and this store are giving subway a bad name

Be accountable don't make it almost impossible to contact someone and report such an awful experience be more cautious on who you hire provide professional training have low tolerance for the use of profanity used against your customers reply on a personal basis call or text to ask what happened not on public sites just to act like you care and for others to see In order to mask the lack of accountability. Care plain and simple be more accessible to your customers.

Not all subways are created equally... The wait here was long and their customer service was strange because every interaction I had with the staff felt so low energy and oddly forced. After this experience, I will only do online/ app orders and just pick up my sandwiches to save myself the awkwardness!
