I came in around 8:40pm today for a couple of sandwiches, one was just an Italian herb sandwich with some provolone cheese and a singular line of mayo. The sandwich is for my 4 year old niece who is very picky and this is the only way she eats her sandwich. This sandwich still costs as a normal sandwich, which is fine by me. Most stores will usually just ring it up as a veggie sandwich, and when I told the employee this, she denied being able to sell me the sandwich saying there’s no veggies on it. I told her I don’t want a veggie on it, and the lady responds with “should I just throw it away then?” The employee working the line saw me getting upset and offered to just put a cucumber on the sandwich that I could then remove after. I was frustrated at this point and agreed just so I can get out and leave with the sandwich in one piece. Incredibly aggravating experience and a good way to ruin any sane person’s day. The serious lack of critical thinking and the employee’s incorrigible, condescending behavior paired with what felt like a petty power trip was genuinely unacceptable. Subway, do better.

I ordered a foot-long tuna to go, with plans to eat it much later. I placed the tuna sandwich in my ice chest with a couple bottles of water. Two hours later, I opened the sandwich and noticed there was no tuna just pickles. I called and asked to speak to the manager to my surprise, It was the manager who made the sandwich. She asked me to drive 20 miles back with my pickle sandwich to fill it with tuna. Very poor customer service.

Food was good but staff was very unpleasant and unwelcoming. Seemed like everything you asked for your sandwich came with an eye roll. Also fountain machine broken. Gave this location a chance but won’t be returning.

Chris and Crystal were both very helpful and kind! Other Subways aren't as friendly as this one will be coming back!

So was long line the manager finially came from the back to help didn’t wash her hands she toasted the sub with veggies didn’t ask me if that way okay I asked to sub chicken and she said no very rude and charges me extra for veggies on the sandwich very rude customer service and we won’t be back manager needs to be talked to on how to treat a customer better I work in customer service and food hospitality I would never speak to customers in a rude tone I will b calling corporate and they don’t wear name tags for a reason i work of cancelled my order if thy wouldn’t llet me put the veggies I wanted but they charged me for veggies crazy

Tried to order a roast beef sub "deluxe" (50% more meat). The guy making the sandwich was very nice and accommodating, however, his co-worker jumped in and said they can't do that with "The Beast" or the roast beef anymore, per the manager. She hopped on the phone to confirm and came back with the same answer, "Sorry, you can't have that". I don't blame her, she was just doing her job and upholding her manager's lousy policy. I pointed out that I could still order it that way online, so I had to stand at the counter and enter my order in my app to get what I wanted. My biggest problem is being told, "No, you can't have that". I get that roast beef is more expensive than some other meats, so tell me "Sure, but it's going to cost a little more". That would be perfectly acceptable. I will add that the sandwich was really good. Just the management sucks.

My family has been going to this subway for years now. Always accurate with our orders. There’s an employee, Juan, who is always so kind and helpful. Honestly, the best customer service I have experienced from a fast food service place is from Juan. He strives to make ordering as easy as possible. He also helps us save money by telling us about what rewards we have available to redeem.
