I been here multiple times and its no fault of the staff but they are always understaffed. One person sn runing the whole store. Took 45 min to order and get out. Would have left but we had already waited.

I’m giving this Subway two stars only because of the service I received from Sarai. She was incredibly polite, patient, and handled my order very well. It’s honestly unfortunate that the owners can’t seem to schedule or hire additional staff. Sarai was running the entire store by herself — taking online orders, in-person orders, AND answering the phone at the same time.
She did the job of multiple people and still kept a great attitude. She deserves recognition and a raise, because most employees wouldn’t handle that situation nearly as well. The management definitely needs to step up and support their workers better.
