This subway is terrible especially the service and should be shut down on today 6/22/2024 6:54pm I ordered my sandwiches online wasted my gas only to get there and have them tell me they don't have cold cuts so I asked for a refund then all of a sudden the worker says we'll wait we have them but we have to prep them so im like ok then as she finally starts making my sandwich i ask for mayo then they say they don't have mayo and I don't want my sandwiches without mayo so again i ask for a refund and the girl starts disrespecting me and getting smart saying i been bothering them since i came in but im like how is me asking for a refund bothering you if anything i should be upset for wasting my gas and having to wait for a refund on my card and still have no dinner so at this point now I'm getting mad and really went off on this very disrespectful worker I will never go back to this subway I see why they don't have customers and they never have the product to make the sandwiches it's best just to go to the one over the freeway

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! The lady was super rude and didn't want us to add anything EXTRA to our sandwiches. She literally would cut us off while speaking. Very rude and unprofessional!! Do yourself a favor and go to another Subway!! Idk what was wrong with this lady, but she shouldn't be treating clients like this. Idk her name, but she has a tattoo behind her ear, black hair, & very RUDE!!

Bad customer service they said they were out of ham only but when I asked for buffalo chicken she just seemed like she didn’t want to cook she said they didn’t have that meat when we saw it my husband instead just got a sandwhich and they didn’t cut it half wrapped just terrible

I just left here without getting a sandwich and I won't be back. A male employee first helped me and gave me the last bread inside of the shelf, when a female employee started bringing out an entire crate of freshly made bread. I then asked her if I could have one of the breads that she brought out and she said that it's 'all the same thing'. Whatever that means. I don't know how long the bread I chose was sitting there, but I wanted a fresher one. Another person who was there also pointed to the crate and said, "But she wants one of those breads", and the employee angrily started cutting into my bread and snapped, "It's literally all the same thing!" She did this in front of a room full of customers too. I walked right out of there and she yells to me before I left, "Good, leave!" This female employee is Hispanic and seems to be in her late 40s. She's covered in tattoos and has a tongue piercing. I have no idea what the big deal was about me wanting to switch out my bread for another one, even if it was the same thing or not, I'm still paying for it. So why couldn't she just give me what I want? Subway needs to stop hiring people who are clearly out on parole and don't know how to behave within society. If this is how she behaves with a customer because of bread, it's only a matter of time before she snaps again and hurts someone.

The amount of bad reviews should already say enough. This Subway is waiting for a lawsuit. Very unprofessional, whoever owns the store. You can tell by the way the employees are handled. I will be looking out for every wrong thing. That Subway does to get them in a lawsuit. Do not eat here. There's plenty of subways down the street.
