Usually I come there once in awhile to buy lunch for me and my wife and typically there isn’t a problem or issue yet have had one or two issues at other Subways different locations over bad service. However, today is the first time I came across a bad service experience with the employee making our subs. Don’t get me wrong the food, subway sandwiches were made how I wanted it made even though I was trying to be polite and respectful, even tried to asked how was her day going?…yet I guess she had a hard time hearing or something was on her mind. She kept asking me to repeat myself louder which I felt like did she need to buy herself a hearing aid or what? Well at the of finishing making my subs which one was the meal of the day combo which came with a small drink and chips. Plus I had a separate sub which was the Boss. The main issue or problem I had more of was that the employee tried to overcharge me on my order. The order should had came out to $16.47 or something close to that if I upgraded the small drink to a medium which I thought she heard me say that. However, the employee tried to charge me $18.99?…which I refused to pay. I asked the employee what did she charge me and said, the meal of the day and the other sub plus a medium drink. If she was focused listening carefully and correctly and not trying to give me an attitude the employee would had got my order right. I told the employee my order again which was the meal of the day which came with a small drink however upside it to a medium drink not charge me a separated medium drink which cost me a few extra cents. I honestly felt back of my mind of the employee was trying to order something for herself and tried to charge me for it. In the end, if I had to walk out and go somewhere else for better quality service I might of done it yet all the other times I came there without issues or problems made the difference in me trying to stay clam and polite in trying to get correct order through the employees lack of not understanding or hearing me on what the order total should have came out to be or close to it of $16.47 something like instead of $18.99. Lastly, there shouldn’t be a issue in a simple order like ordering the meal of the day combo plus upside the small to a medium and a separate sub by itself that should have been easy to make and ring up if the employee was focused and listening without attitude that simple which explains my 2Stars review for today thanks.

My bf and I have been coming to this subway for a long time as it’s the closest one to home for us. It’s usually fine, service,food everything was fine. Moral of this whole thing ….so sometimes we come in and have to pay extra for veggies/customization and sometimes we don’t? Sometimes you take coupons, and sometimes you don’t? Make up your mind? Second time in a row my bf and I have came to this location and have had an issue. The first time the worker told me I was not allowed to add extra vegetables without it costing $1.50 extra every vegetable, is this a new thing with all subways? Someone pls lmk, because this location is the only one that has told me it is extra to add vegetables/customize and the worker didn’t even give me the option of building my own? Very strange, again, my bf and I have been coming here for a while so quite a bit of surprise we had to order the exact thing on the menu and could not customize? The workers didn’t seem of any help whatsoever, we were pretty confused and had questions because we’ve never heard this before, they had no answers, no type of explanations as to why or anything. Just “idk” Second time, my bf brought in a coupon, (which we’ve used coupons before at this location) showed the worker to ensure they take the coupon before starting our order of course, they said they did. We got the sandwiches that allowed for the coupon, (oh and also they didn’t mention the extra cost for trying to customize this time around…???) and upon paying she said the coupon would not take. Instead of trying to help the customer, trying to type it in manually or confirm customer questions with the manager/owner it was sort of a “oh well, can’t help with that” maybe the owner needs to train the people better, have better communication with their employees on what customer questions may have or something…. maybe these aren’t big things to some ppl but considering we’ve been coming here for years and had no issues previously, and these things have happened now, we will not be coming back here again….

The worker Aritzi made absolutely no sense! Tried to order a sandwich listed on the menu and simply change the cheese from provolone to American as we ALWAYS do but was told we can’t do that and will have to order a build your own instead if we want to change cheese or add any other veggies! Yet when we order online from the SAME location we have the option to change cheese and add other veggies for same price!! When I let her know her new answer was “not in person the owner decided to change that”. Wow ridiculous, that is what subway is known for customizing your sandwich! Absolutely ridiculous, don’t waste your time at this location.

Service is horrible, not my first time going with the same person in this specific location and just got bad attitude. The new girl it’s really friendly and she follows instructions for the other lady that she just it’s rude for no reason. I don’t care to pay extra for how I wanted my sandwich, but she is super rude and never accepts my request until I change my attitude. I never have any trouble going to more locations and staff it’s really friendly.

Constantly asking us what goes in the sandwiches we orders even though it's on the menu. This actually goes for most subways because they ask what goes in the sandwich instead of looking at it I mean I get it if the person wants extra stuff but that's up to the customer. They were slow and they were kind.

We wanted to try for our lunch at work. Honestly, it's a bad idea, mostly if you have a limited time. We had half hour, however the lady at the counter was slow, and we only had time to order 3 sandwiches and go back to work. Plus, it made my stomach sick.

I like the tri meat sandwich even though i’m on a diet I can eat this I mean a bunch of kids who work behind the counter it’s OK they need a job too. They take a little while but I understand the complexity of making a sandwich.
