I like the tri meat sandwich even though i’m on a diet I can eat this I mean a bunch of kids who work behind the counter it’s OK they need a job too. They take a little while but I understand the complexity of making a sandwich.

Average sandwich I order the 6 inch sub. This was my second stop at two different Subway stores in two weeks. First time they charge me for a large and I let them get away with it. The second time at a different store they did the same thing. They corrected the total but two in a row!

I went to this location about a month ago and there was two young girls working about 9 PM. The one girl is super friendly, and the other girl acted like she definitely did not want to be there!! Rude. Short answered. Impatient. Both girls helped since I had 4 sandwiches to order and the kindness of the one, made up for the rudeness of the other. I know sometimes people are just having a bad day, and I gave her the benefit of the doubt.Went back to the same location tonight and it was the same Two girls, the friendly one, and the super rude one. Just my luck the super rude one is the one that’s gonna be helping me. I waited in line behind 1 man for about 5 mins and there was 3 people sitting at the corner table when I walked in. They stayed sitting there the whole time I waited behind the man. Right as the man walked to pay, 1 of those people from the table came and stood behind me. When this rude employee walk over to help the next person in line “ME”…she said, oh she was here first and pointed to the lady that just got in line behind me. Confused I looked at the woman behind me and she said “oh no, it’s ok” I said, “you just got in line right?? You were sitting there the whole time talking to family” Confused and trying to be nice, I said “you can go ahead, I’m not in a hurry” and I stepped back.When she was done, and rude girl was ready for me, I simply asked what kind of breads they had right now, and she pointed them and didn’t say anything. Uhhm, ok?I said, is there a list of breads here, and I pointed to the stickers on the glass case as I was looking for the list. She said, they should be listed there someplace & just stood there impatiently biting the inside of her cheek/lip. Then I said, do you have Italian bread right now and she grabbed from the bread she had told me was white bread. I said, “isn’t that white bread?” And she proceeded to tell me white and Italian bread are the same thing. Since when?? I was so confused. Anyway, I’m not gonna make a long story any longer, that chick needs to find another job or something. Her rudeness kill my appetite lol I cannot wait to read the rest of the reviews and see who else has experienced her. Also, please let me know if I’m crazy, I never knew White and Italian bread were the same??? ?

This is not our favorite subway. The food is fine as it's standard everywhere, but we really don't like how this franchise owner decides to do business and try to avoid it. My husband likes the chicken bacon ranch. However, at this franchise, the owner switched it to being made with the rotisserie instead of the chicken strips, which he does not like. So we always get charged $2 extra for bacon because they ring it up as a chicken strips sandwich add bacon instead of entering the chicken strips as a meat substitution, which is cheaper. On top of that we have run into negative staff that tried to claim they had to charge extra for extra mayo when we all know that the amount of sauce and veggies is unlimited. Apparently, this franchisee owns many locations between the high desert and down into Fontana, Ontario, etc. Every time we find a new one, it goes on the avoid list. Everything is already getting more expensive. We don't need to be nickle and dimed over a meat preference. I don't even understand why they switched it. Not everyone is going to like the rotisserie chicken.

Places an order online and it was ready by the time it was promised. The sandwich maker was very sweet and made out sandwiches perfect!

Staff was nice but very overwhelmed, not enough employees for the volume at the time we went. So we ended up with food that did not get heated up properly.Parking: parking is tight, lots of retail for a small parking lot.

This review isn't for the food, subway is always great. This review is for the young light haired girl with braces who was working on Sunday 1/14 at 9:45 pm. My husband and I walked in and were greeted with a hello and an unwelcoming annoyed sigh. We understand it is close to closing time but you are representing a very well respected and known establishment that pays you to work for them and their customers. Stop being lazy and work until your store is closed. It was extremely awkward when another customer entered at 9:50 pm and you stopped, looked up and looked very annoyed at her for walking into subway. Learn to smile and be grateful for even having a job and an easy one at that.
