I come here a couple times during the week and the worker Lucio always makes my sandwiches very neat & with care . Never messy or always feeling rushed . He takes his time with everyone’s orders and makes sure they have a great experience . If new to the Subway ask for Lucio . He makes the best sandwiches 💯

I arrived around 2:45 p.m. on September 9th to find a long line of customers with only one employee on duty. The employee handled the situation very professionally, working efficiently and maintaining composure under pressure. After attending to all customers, he promptly started restocking the chips shelf and completing other tasks. Whenever a new customer entered, he would pause, wash his hands, and assist them quickly. I was impressed with his speed and efficiency, especially considering his age. Kudos to him for his excellent work. 👏

I went this morning to get a platter for work. I haven’t been in subway for a while so ordering was not easy as I thought the breakfast platters would be egg and cheese and ready quickly.
It was the complete opposite. I tried to choose things quickly but for everything I asked or if I was wondering the guy would say “it-is-your-choice”, he annoyed me so much I had to say “please stop saying that every minute, you are confusing me.”

He knew I was running late to a work meeting and seemed that instead of being helpful, he took longer.
I felt so annoyed I literally almost walked away without ordering.

Although my request was simple and quick, Most sandwiches had no cheese. Maybe next time I’ll order online.

Customer service=zero!
I rather make the sandwiches myself!!

I ordered online and when I got to the store they were closed. There was a sign on the door that said the water was out and they would remain closed the rest of the day. It also said all online orders would be automatically refunded by the following day. It's been over a week and I still haven't got a refund. Dam thieves they got no shame. I hope you guys go bankrupt.

I actually would not give any stars to this place the worst customer service ever and the worst manager or owner ever I ordered 3 separate orders 1 did not go through but the money was taken out of my account when I showed up and showed them proof they said there is nothing they can do they wanted me to pay again and still get the same sandwich when I got a deal online so no I’m not going to pay double the price for the same sandwich just make my sandwich I order so I can leave wasted 40 mins arguing back and forth then they offered me a 6 inch for free when I ordered a 12 inch again no just make the sandwich I ordered 2 other customers came in and they took care of them and was ignoring me I finally left and best rest of sure I’m going to get ahold of corporate and let them know and the workers and manager should be fired and I’m going to make sure the hardest I can that no one ever goes to this place

White girl in the front is rude as hell. She can’t even say thank you or have a good day? If you’re going to work in customer service then do the job even if you’re faking it . She needs to be fired, it seems like an ongoing problem at this location.

The absolute WORST subway in north fontana. I have had MULTIPLE issues with this place messing up my order and today was the last straw. I ordered 4 sandwiches ($48 dollars for SANDWHICHES by the way). I waited for the app to let me know my sandwiches were ready. I arrived and told them I was here to pick up my order and they didn't even have the sandwiches made. I finally got them and they were thrown together and missing ingredients. I will NEVER be back to this horrid location.
