Idk how this Taco Bell is still operating their service is horrible from the dining area to the drive thru. Every time I go they always mess up my order or I get someone else’s . The workers need to pay more attention and management needs to discipline or over see restaurant closely this is ridiculous! I try calling to complain about my order and another hiccup no one answered the phone. Today I received someone else’s order and not mine and they charged me the amount of that orde how pathetic .

This was by far one of the best Taco Bell‘s I’ve ever been to. They’re really good years. It’s really clean very nice. All the staff are super sweet and very, very nice and friendly and understanding. I had an issue with my order. They were correct it no questions asked about it. No complain and no attitude and I love. Good customer service. I definitely recommend this place 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend Carla approval stamped and also there were a few people that stood out to me that just really went above and beyond as far as customer service one’s name was. Valerie and Britney super nice and helpful here and they deserve a raise. If you guys see this God bless you and bless your families and keep striving to give customer service at Taco Bell. Thank you reminder that good customer service always pays off and is always appreciated. Thank you for serving us The new fry nachos are a must try but make sure you modify and change the chicken to steak and add extra pay for the extra cheese pay for the extra red hot, hot sauce and make sure you get on the side so you get added yourself because when they do, it doesn’t seem like they put enough so I had to put it on the side and ended up working out a little better and add jalapeños if you dare but this is my view for this place. I remember that a family pack in Taco Bell used to be decent for the amount of tacos they give us. But now I recently went today and got the family pack not knowing that it's only tacos for $25. That is ridiculous. They need to again give more coupons or more to their dedicated customers. But today honestly it made me decide never to go to Taco Bell again

I went through the drive thru and I got there at 7:57 a.m. and they said they couldn’t take my order because they were not open yet. I said when do you open? She said 8 am and I was like so 3 minutes she said yes and to come back when they are open. I said no I will wait 3 minutes here at the drive thru until you open. She took my order at 7:59 am I was like wow you are something else really…I got my food no receipt needed to back up and ask for my receipt took like 5 minutes to get back to me. Really unprofessional, get it together.

There wasn't anyone to take my order. There was only touch screen computers to place the orders. The dinning room was filthy. Tables were dirty with spilt food and trash the fountain drink station was filthy. The floors needed to be cleaned. There were people standing outside of the door smoking cigarettes. People inside sitting asking for money. I didn't feel very safe.

The 5 dollar deals not five dollars it is more. And the burritos very sloppy, can not eat it without a handful of napkins you are only given to napkins. And the sweet tea was completely gone. I had to inform the employees that the sweet tea was completely finished. I saw no one made sure it was filled up for the Customers that might want a taste. And to go the restroom you have to find a employees to open up the door. Very poor service when it comes to open up the restrooms gotta be a better way.
