Went today and was treated SO poorly, not sure what is wrong with this location and the girls working here because I’ve been going to coffee bean for forever and never experienced this before! Sucks that I will be avoiding this place going forward and letting everyone else know. I felt that the girl who made our order wrong THREE times, did it on purpose because she gave me SO much attitude and huffed and puffed as I was letting her know “how to” make my drink. Which mind you, I just wanted caramel on top of the drink. NOT even something difficult or crazy/ out of the ordinary. She just chose to be RUDE about it. It was my mom’s first time there and even she says she’s never going to get their coffee ever again. I did contact the corporate office because it really felt that the employees could not care less about good customer service or just being kind for a 2-minute interaction that’s all. I work in the public too and I would NEVER treat anyone this way. We work hard for our money and choose where to spend it and to be treated this way and have someone roll their eyes and huff at you because they do not want to make your coffee right for you when it’s literally in their job description? It is beyond me. Please avoid this place and spend your hard earned money elsewhere, anywhere but here.

My total was 19.20 but my card says 20.60 MAKE SURE U ASKS FOR RECIEPTS. THEY ARE GIVING THEMSELVES TIPS. IF I DONT WANT TO GIVE A TIP I DO NOT NEED TOO.

my husband and I decided to come to coffee bean after driving to the airport, we were waiting to be assisted and one of the employees came out and spoke to us rudely and told us that we are killing her time for waiting in the drive thru, given that they were supposed to be open already.

I needed to get my daughter a quick gift and since she also loves this place I went inside to pick up a gift card. The service was quick, friendly and when I mentioned it was a surprise, the card was placed in a small cup with a bunch of coffee beans. I have never had anywhere else do something so sweet and thoughtful for no reason. 💕

I had to wait over 20 minutes for 1 coffee until I was forced to have an uncomfortable confrontation with the staff about getting the drink I ordered. The staff was pretty rude and almost me late to work. Coffee's fine I guess. (7 am 9/17/24.

Drive thru takes too long
Love going here, food and drinks are great, workers are so nice, but please don't expect accuracy. I'm very caffeine sensitive and always order decaf iced coffee. I make a point of saying it a couple times when I order and make sure I hear them say decaf when they read it back to me. Then when I pick it up from them, I make sure to ask, "This is the decaf?" They always tell me yes. This morning in the drive thru he even repeated back to me "decaf iced coffee with cream." I've popped in three times in the last week or two because it's next to places I need to run errands and they've gotten it wrong every time. I end up having to throw away half my large drink and I'm jittery all day and can't sleep until 2-3 am. The workers are always so nice, and the food and drink I get always tastes good, but they are just always so rushed with long lines in the drive thru, (or even twice I did a mobile order) and I think they just overlook things and a mistake is made.

The Good: The price. Easy to order App.
The Bad: The service. Let me explain. Most baristas here do not get the order right.
App orders with customizations are always delivered as standard drinks (Oh I did not see that) Ex. Milk options and sweeteners. U have the repeated wrangling to get the drink right.
I ask for raw sugar on the app but I can taste the sweet n low the yellow or blue sachets on the drink. I’ve already pulled out of the driveway with a ruined $5.50 drink. This happens consistently.
When u remind the customization options politely there is a hint of irritation in their responses. (like what’s the big deal)
I leave this as feedback for the owners to better train the staff.
Net: I keep going back for the price. But I’ve started to miss starbucks.

I ordered for pickup through the app, it said it will be ready by 8:05 so I went in at 8:06. I am an ex barista myself so I know how stressful it is during the morning rush when short staffed, my order wasn’t ready and the room was filled with people so I waited patiently for my order to be ready after roughly 10 minutes my first drink came out and I waited a total of 26 minutes in the lobby waiting for my hibiscus tea and when I asked about how long it would be until it came out they gave me my tea that already was visibly condensate-ing, so much so the sticker with my name on it was falling off so I know it had been behind the counter for at least 10 or so minutes. Im very upset with how bad of organization skills this team had. I understand they were short staffed as they stated but I cant understand why they wouldn’t call my name for my order that I paid for and kept it behind the counter when it was ready while I was now late for work because of it.
