Coffee's good, especially for a fast food place. The coffee tastes less sweet than Starbucks. The food is pretty good as well. If you can't go to a local spot, go here.

Went inside for just a coffee and soent like 15min ridiculous!

Cute little space to work or enjoy a conversation. Food and coffee were delicious (drip coffee and cinnamon roll). Parking was little tricky due to the long drive thru line. Overall great experience.

We stopped by mid morning, there was 1 other person in the dining area. We waited several minutes, there were 4 people working, but nobody acknowledged us at all. The person taking the order did not make eye contact and seemed annoyed
We waited more than 10 minutes for 2 drinks. The service was horrible, we will not be returning

Each time that we've come to the coffee, bean and tea leaf we've gotten great service, delicious goodies, and all around a great experience.

Ask for amount before you pay through drive thru they force tip. I didn’t notice till I left. Or just order pick up.

Went today and was treated SO poorly, not sure what is wrong with this location and the girls working here because I’ve been going to coffee bean for forever and never experienced this before! Sucks that I will be avoiding this place going forward and letting everyone else know. I felt that the girl who made our order wrong THREE times, did it on purpose because she gave me SO much attitude and huffed and puffed as I was letting her know “how to” make my drink. Which mind you, I just wanted caramel on top of the drink. NOT even something difficult or crazy/ out of the ordinary. She just chose to be RUDE about it. It was my mom’s first time there and even she says she’s never going to get their coffee ever again. I did contact the corporate office because it really felt that the employees could not care less about good customer service or just being kind for a 2-minute interaction that’s all. I work in the public too and I would NEVER treat anyone this way. We work hard for our money and choose where to spend it and to be treated this way and have someone roll their eyes and huff at you because they do not want to make your coffee right for you when it’s literally in their job description? It is beyond me. Please avoid this place and spend your hard earned money elsewhere, anywhere but here.
