I ordered a chai latte. There was one person ahead of me. I had to wait so long for my drink, when finally called it was a chai tea not a chai latte. At this point, I was done. Got my money back. Poor communication between staff and customers. Got a ladies name wrong, and she waited around while her drink was already made, and mine was completely wrong. Not coming here again.

The drink was overly sugary, the service was contrite, and I didn't care for the options. I'm trying not to sound petty. I really wanted to enjoy it so I could leave starbucks forever, but this was not the push I needed.

This particular location always has their registers down... always never able to accept card or even cash at the same time. Has been multiple weeks now and still not fixed. the employees are great, dont get me wrong... but cmon now, someones obviously not doing anything to fix the issue.

I usually go here to study and get into it, however, I stopped going here only because I’m frustrated with the lack of communication surrounding the status of the wifi established. When I logged into the wifi, my computer can’t connect to the system, because I had to register into the system. While I did told a barista about it 2-3 months ago, I have yet to see any updates as to when they’ll fix it and if it has been fixed. I hope that the manager (whom I know is someone nice and reasonable) gets to the bottom of it ASAP.One thing, when I tried to order a PSL days before CB made it official months ago, one of the baristas made me another drink and when I asked where’s my PSL, she said that I had to “order it on the app”, I was wondering we does it had to be order on the app.Nonetheless, I think there’s some decent baristas, but I think the store needed some fixes, especially whenever someone tries to solicit inside the store and bother other customers, I say this with respect cuz know there were some who aren’t threatening, but idk.So yeah, please get your wifi fixed and update when is it ok to to sign in without much issue.

Stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon. Working the register was a middle-aged Hispanic woman who seemed to be the manager there.She had a major attitude for no apparent reason. Didn't seem happy at all to be there. Didn't even greet me when I went up to the counter, just asked what I wanted to order.When I requested a slight modification to my drink, she became visibly more frustrated that she took her headset off and let it fall on the counter. Not sure if she was frustrated about having to input my request in the system, but I think that gesture was completely unnecessary.Wouldn't visit this location again unless I was going through the drive-thru. Don't feel like interacting with people who are going to give their customers attitude.
