The Deli (Fontana)

Sandwich had so little meat. I got a beef dip. 4 inches of bread tho. I told the girl this is not like the picture on the wall. She said we weigh the meat. I said there should be triple this amount. She added more not wanting to. Very plain too. Waste of money. I won't be back. Hopefully the rancho one is still good

I ordered a cheeseburger, Italian Sandwich and a pastrami sandwich and all were excellent. My first time visiting but it won’t be my last!

Get the smoked turkey sandwich!! It’s so flavorful and delicious! They put onion rings on it which is so unique to me and they are made fresh to order. They also have homemade pickles that are delicious. I have never tried the fries which I saw a comment about not being fresh, but who eats fries at a deli anyways?

I would put a -1 if I could…….just today left this deli and ordered a couple of Pastrami sandwiches all for $38 and the pic will show it all…….very little meat and most of it was fat and when I bit into it it was very rubbery ……honestly these where the worse pastrami sandwiches I have ever eaten and I actually didn’t eat them .. I only post if something I eat is super good or super bad we’ll the pic shows the obvious!!!!

I ate there today for the first time I had the chili steak Anaheim sandwich and was one of the best sandwiches I've ever tried

I came here when this place opened couple years ago and it was good. I came today and I got the Italian steak sandwich and my husband got the steak sandwich. We will never come back again the food was not good at all, no flavor and we tried to season it and that didnt help either, the fries must have been re cooked couple times some were soggy or hard and brown. I wouldn't recommend this place if your looking for a good tasty sub.

The wait times here are ridiculous. Two employees on a Saturday afternoon really? 45 minutes for our order and still got it wrong. The Rancho location is always so friendly and work hard. Here they don't even let you know if there is going to be a wait time or let you know if it will be a few more minutes. Terrible experience.

If only they had a no star rating!!! I came in to pick up a purchase from online! As I stood in the front waiting for assistance I was never greeted! the lady with the blonde hair and the older lady who looks just like her just stood there looking at me as if i was standing there for my health smh… they both are very rude and their customer service is very poor like the other reviews I’ve read! At $6 a burger just go to McDonald’s the food is trash like their service and the place looks dirty??

Try the chipotle cheese steak it’s delicious if the rest of their food is this good I will probably never know I’m hooked on this sandwich

Customer service was HORRIBLE. Asked the young girl (with long pink nails/colored eyes/attitude on her face/looks just like the lady with white hair), what type of meat was in the BBQ sandwich and she said at first “umm it’s a sandwich” with a horrible attitude and then proceeded to say, when you actually broke down the simple question for her, “I don’t know I don’t work in the back.” As if she shouldn’t know because she was taking orders. Never even makes eye contact just rude. While waiting for our food, she was even taking deep breaths, raising her eyebrows and rolling her eyes while taking orders from other customers. We were going to eat there, but their high chairs were so filthy and sticky I had to take my son home to eat. I should have read reviews first because after reading it just seems like the whole family is rude. If you want a better experience go to the one in Rancho Cucamonga off Archibald and Foothill.
