My experience was quite unique and embarrassing! Would not recommend anyone going here. Food was ok, but a lot of the games did not work or were out of tickets, but the worst thing about this place was the staff followed by manager on duty Santos Lopez, Santos was unprofessional and does not know how to deal with guest. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for over 14 years and I’ve never seen anyone like him.I express to santos that we had kids at the ticket counter to redeem there tickets, and he began to state that he was checking cameras and I was being rude to his employees, I was very shocked and began to ask him when, where, ect. He said I was causing a seen and called the cops saying I was disrupting the restaurant, hitting games, and yelling at his employees. Police were called and this was a complete lie. I will be taking legal action as after spending over $200 on food and games we were escorted out.

Service here is HORRIBLE! The people here are rude and won’t let you get Alchohol or any drinks until you get food. Don’t except a friendly face or a smile. The manager and this other old lady is RUDE . Save yourself time and go somewhere worth your money. Besides the fact that the service here is appalling, the food is pretty good.

Employee that took my order for 110.00 dose not like his job. Food is beyond expensive. Atmosphere is ok at best. We went there because it’s the only pizza restaurant in 100 mile radius that we can walk right in order and sit down without waiting. The beer was cold.
