They never answer the phone… the past two times my order was messed up. I specifically asked for no meat on breakfast burrito which contained chicken and my potato tacos were labeled incorrect getting them mixed up with shredded beef tacos ordered. When brought to their attention they hold no accountability but will offer chips and nasty salsa.

I really like this place. I come here frequently but today was not good. It’s disappointing. Unfortunately it wasn’t just one thing. Everything was bad. Our food took forever to arrive and it wasn’t that busy. I’ve been here when it was busier. You now have to ask for hot salsa on taco Tuesdays. So you have to go back to the register after you’ve ordered. They no longer offer the little bowls for salsa, you get tiny containers now. My beans were weird tasting and cold. I got a rotten carrot in my pickled carrots. The salsa is watered down now. My chicken hard shell tacos were not good. The chicken was mushy and flavorless. Never had chicken like that.
It was so different and weird. Not sure what happened to this place. Very disappointed

Salsa used to be chunky and fabulous. This time it was soooo watery! Flavor was off.

I am taking the time to wtite this specifically for the outstanding customer service I received from Jazalyn, she showed genuine care, respect and concern for my wife and I during our visit. The food was good and tasty, but the service I received was a breath of fresh air that would most definitely be the cause of my return! Thank you Jazalyn!

I've ordered from this restaurant a few times via Door Dah. I'm not sure if folks over there can't read or don't care if I don't get my items correctly. I mean why would they since they got the money already. Tonight was the 2nd time they forgot my chips. I'm livid. I was really looking forward to the chips. Unfortunately the Door Dash driver didn't speak English and couldn't read the slip that clearly said chips should have been part of the order. The other gripe is the crispy tacos I ordered were anything but. They were chewy and tasteless.

Time and again I tell myself don't order from these folks--they clearly have zero concern for missing items. I'm sure if they bought something and an item was missing they'd feel the same way. So, Tio's you've lost a customer. Your utter lack of concern for those who help to pay your bills is stunning. Vaya con Dios.

First time eating here and it was good. Self seating is great especially with kids. We orderd and got our food pretty quickly. Got the crispy shredded beef tacos.

Kid-friendliness: Self seating.
Walk up to order and refill sodas.

I ordered three different sets of nachos they told me they could only give me one sauce per Nacho you know those little sauces does not even cover up half the nachos the food is good I don't eat there I went there for my family

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had!! The girl at the register made me repeat the order multiple times because she lacked the ability to actively listen and still got the order wrong to where we were overcharged. The food isn’t great. Very bland although I will say the taco shells were nice light airy and crispy. We are disabled which you can tell by looking at us and my boyfriend asked one of the girls working who passed us nicely asked her if she could get us a Togo box and she rudely told him that if wants a box he has to go to the counter and ask for one. I guarantee that we will never eat here again too many better places with much better service. Not worth the price. Not even close!!

It seems like decent quality although I wasn't able to try it as they got my order wrong and added ingredients i explicitly said to withhold. Things happen, but as I just wasted my money I won't be going back.

The price of food does NOT match the quality at all. 18.99 for a burrito that's not very sizeable with tough unseasoned meat they couldn't bother to cut up into reasonably sized pieces.Do yourself a favor and support a street vendor, the food and pricing is much better. I understand the economy is bad but not bad enough to justify this place.

My college friends and I meet one time a year to sit, talk, and reminisce. Tio's is convenient for us all since we live in different areas. The food is great, and the service is impeccable. I am looking forward to my yearly jaunt with friends next year at Tio's.

This used to be our favorite place. The best shredded beef tacos, delicious carne asada, Chile verde, and Chile relleno burritos. The last two visits have been bland and boring. No heat or flavor to the meats. The beans in the chile relleno burrito were a thin layer that was basically non-existent. Breaks my heart.
