I am an expert in Chile verde burritos and the one at this restaurant is the worst I’ve ever tasted. I couldn’t even finish it. The person I had lunch with was not impressed with her food either. Try another Mexican restaurant.
Our first visit was amazing. We went a second time because of the first experience. The food the second time did not match our first visit.
I ordered a Mexican salad with chicken and a carne asada torta. I've attached the images, and I hope they speak for themselves. The shredded lettuce and shredded yellow cheese departure these plates from traditional ingredients. It literally looks like the salads or sandwiches you can buy at a local gas station. I was extremely disappointed, and I will never step foot in here again.
Food is amazing
Margaritas were very salty. Nice al a carte menu selections.
I been at the two tios and are not good Taco Bell is benter
Breakfast burrito was really good.
They never answer the phone… the past two times my order was messed up. I specifically asked for no meat on breakfast burrito which contained chicken and my potato tacos were labeled incorrect getting them mixed up with shredded beef tacos ordered. When brought to their attention they hold no accountability but will offer chips and nasty salsa.

I really like this place. I come here frequently but today was not good. It’s disappointing. Unfortunately it wasn’t just one thing. Everything was bad. Our food took forever to arrive and it wasn’t that busy. I’ve been here when it was busier. You now have to ask for hot salsa on taco Tuesdays. So you have to go back to the register after you’ve ordered. They no longer offer the little bowls for salsa, you get tiny containers now. My beans were weird tasting and cold. I got a rotten carrot in my pickled carrots. The salsa is watered down now. My chicken hard shell tacos were not good. The chicken was mushy and flavorless. Never had chicken like that.
It was so different and weird. Not sure what happened to this place. Very disappointed

Salsa used to be chunky and fabulous. This time it was soooo watery! Flavor was off.

I am taking the time to wtite this specifically for the outstanding customer service I received from Jazalyn, she showed genuine care, respect and concern for my wife and I during our visit. The food was good and tasty, but the service I received was a breath of fresh air that would most definitely be the cause of my return! Thank you Jazalyn!

I've ordered from this restaurant a few times via Door Dah. I'm not sure if folks over there can't read or don't care if I don't get my items correctly. I mean why would they since they got the money already. Tonight was the 2nd time they forgot my chips. I'm livid. I was really looking forward to the chips. Unfortunately the Door Dash driver didn't speak English and couldn't read the slip that clearly said chips should have been part of the order. The other gripe is the crispy tacos I ordered were anything but. They were chewy and tasteless.
Time and again I tell myself don't order from these folks--they clearly have zero concern for missing items. I'm sure if they bought something and an item was missing they'd feel the same way. So, Tio's you've lost a customer. Your utter lack of concern for those who help to pay your bills is stunning. Vaya con Dios.
