Just because This in the Chino location share the same name and have the same menu. Doesn’t mean that they are even in the same league of each other. My family and I have been going to tortas Sinaloa For almost 20 years and this is the first time that we came to the Fontana location. BIG MISTAKE!
First, My sister asked for a bean and cheese burrito. The cashier, Layra (or Lyra?) said no because they didn’t have enough beans for all the other tortas.
Second, my mom asked for a torta with eggs. Layra said they couldn’t do that because they didn’t serve eggs past noon, yet On the menu, it says that they stop serving eggs at 3:30 PM (Which We were on time for).
Third, I asked for A grilled chicken torta, but with no bread. I didn’t expect any sort of discount, I just didn’t want bread. The cashier said.“You can’t order this without bread“ finally, I said if you wanna waste food, so be it. “ The Torta Was delivered to me and I threw the bread away.
In all the years of going to Tortas Sinaloa, I had never had a bad experience; whether it was with the quality of food or impolite/incompetent staff until today.
When I was asked by another employee about my experience, she defended her coworkers actions, was hesitant to let me know Layra’s name And made it clear that they weren’t the Chino location.
Obviously, I’ll never go back to the Fontana location And the owner should know how different One location is from the other.

I went when it wasn't busy, staff was nice, the wait didn't take long. I got the chicken torta and it was so good! I can see why some people are saying the bread is soggy, mine was a little but I ate it about 5min after I got it. It's probably because they wrap it in foil, so just eat it right away. Other than that it was perfect. I'd definitely come here again

I love ❤️eating here. The place is super clean, the food is amazing. The tortas & tacos are delicious. The fresas con crema & the biónicos are the very best as well as the aguas frescas. This is a must try. If you haven’t already ate here… You are missing out 💯❣️

Such a bad experience with this place. My boyfriend and his mom placed an order to-go on the phone. Boyfriend orders his torta with avocado and cream ON THE SIDE. The worker repeatedly asked him, "So you DO want avocado and cream?" To which my boyfriend repeatedly replied, "Yes but ON THE SIDE." When his mom goes to pick it up, his torta had avocado. His mom reminded them that he said ON THE SIDE to which another worker replied saying, "Well I heard her ask you many times if you did want them and you said yes." Instead of remaking the torta, she was basically bullied into buying another one. Pathetic and petty cashiers. Won't be going back.

Careful they charge 4% on your card after you leave. Its happened a few times abd they say it's the card company charging this fee however nothing is posted advising you that the fee varies based on what you pay for your food. Straight theft.

This restaurant used to be really good. The last time I went I had a bad experience with the Customer Service. They only let you pick one salsa for any sandwich they don’t provide any napkins, and the size of the sandwiches are really small. I would never come back to this place. They’re so stingy as far as salsa and napkins. The aguas frescas are really expensive and super sweet. Everyone looks unhappy working there. they charge you fee for any debit or credit transaction. Please guys look for a better place tweet where you get more for your money and they give you napkins and that let you take any salsa. I would rather go to tacos. king .

This place is ok. It used to be better back in the day. Ladies that work there are moody. Moody when u order, Moody when u ask for something just all around bitchy ! Not a spot I will go to again.

If you want the customer to pay for it say so. or post it because you’re customer service is very unprofessional… this is to the owner what will you do about this? Will not go back!!!

I was last here 3 years ago, and since we were in the area, my mom and I decided to stop by. Their service was really really quick, and the food didn't stay on the plate for long. The interior was very clean and the staff were really friendly! My mother is vegetarian and they have a very delicious Vegetarian Torta. They have other options too. But by far my favorite part was the Agua Fresca.

Sorry to say but by far this are the worst compared to other locations the liquado was super good but we ordered Sinaloa Special and it was soggy and lacked flavor the milanesa had a sweet taste salsa saved the torta a bit but the sogginess of the bread just killed the whole experience also if u must eat with a soda they don’t sell any but that’s just an fyi if they improved the bread it would be 100 times better
