Just came with my grandchildren and purchased 2 entree's and a salad. When I sat down I saw an advertisement on the table that kids eat free all week long after 4 pm. With the purchase of an entree. When I went to the counter to ask about getting this,the employee said I could not get this because I had already purchased my food. I hadn't even received my order and it was less than a minute that I had purchased my order. Really,WaBa grill? Is this how you treat your customers? Is it really out of your control? Also my salad had a tomato with mold growing on it. They were able to replace the tomato for me.?

Both times I've ordered with the app, they've completely messed up a simple order with two bowls. I've had better luck ordering in person. Place is kept fairly clean. Service is usually adequate. I visit weekly.
