I ordered a Waba Chicken & Steak Plate with no rice, all vegetable and a side salad and dumplings. I was enjoying my meal when halfway through I felt something hard and sharp in my food. I thought it was a piece of bone which would be normal, but when I took it out, it looked more like a tooth. I was utterly disgusted. It was of a yellowy color, very hard and had a sharp edge and definitely looked like a tooth or a piece of a tooth.

This is my first time coming to this particular Waba grill. Every piece of steak and chicken has fat on it. And the steak is straight up burned 😡. It’s ridiculous.

I rarely come to WaBa but when I do I sure do enjoy it. I was here like 2 months ago. I got sick from the food here. I just didn’t know it yet, never quick to blame the food and when I went again this past weekend I noticed the rating of this establishment wasn’t an A but a B and now im wondering if this rating has anything to do with the food or cleanliness because I was sick last time I had the food from here. When I noticed the B rating I just turned around and went elsewhere. I recommend going to a different location because the service isn’t great as it once was.

It’s been a while since I visited this place, food and the staff was very nice , the young lady Mary behind the counter was very happy and patient with me ordering my food, she represented this company very well , I hope the rest of the staff is the same in my next visit

WaBa WaBa ! Oh I love the rewards program. Today I ordered my free reward chicken vegetable rice bowl entree 10/10 and only paid 2$ and that’s because I added a miso soup which is so tasty 10/10.
If you like to get sides like the carrot and jalapeño, and the green onions, just go to the WaBa grill on Cherry. At this location they give it to you in the side and it’s such a small amount I feel like they might as well not offer it. At Cherry you get to serve yourself for all the sides and the sauces.

I have no complaints about the food, but the attitude of one of the girls who is on duty right now is very unpleasant as she serves and serves the food, she throws pots, she throws the ingredients as if they were for an animal, not even they put the food like that, I was standing watching while they gave me my food and at no time did I observe a good attitude from that girl...if she doesn't like what she does, it's better to fire her...it makes a very bad impression for a customer to see employees with that attitude, I don't know her name but she is a tall young woman, with light skin and reddish hair.

Every time I go get my dumplings which are my absolute favorite things to buy from here there is always a cashier named Raquelyn G. That always makes sure to personally make my dumplings because she knows exactly how I like them cooked well done on the grill . She deserves a raise.
