The girls here for the most part are not friendly at all they have no good customer service especially the cashier they dont make you feel welcomed at all no smile no positive artitude for the most part most of the crew at this location is pretty unfriendly also the cook who does the food is so stingy with the meat it's ridiculous like I order steak tacos not veggie tacos same thing with the bowls it's pretty much all you're doing is paying for rice no meat I've been to other locations and the portions of meat are great no complaints we live really close to this location but we will be going somewhere else and no I do not recommend if they don't get there stuff straightened out like we pay for meat not just rice or veggies

I was so disappointed with this location. First their soda machine was down. Then they had no salt packets. They also dont include veggies in their mini bowls. First location I've been to where they dont include veggies in the mini bowls if asked.

I got a salmon bowl with veggies togo. The togo plastic bowel had musty smell which infused into the rice. Also the salmon they gave me wasn't even salmon, its cod. I took one bite and spit them out. I always thought you can't go wrong with waba grill but this place proved me wrong. Stay far away from this place, apparently they think their customers are morons.

This WaBa grill is always difficult to order at. They always say they “can’t” do certain things when other WaBa grills take my orders fine. Like wanting veggies instead of rice on the veggie bowl. I don’t care if they have to charge me more, I just don’t want rice. Well they can’t do that. I have to get rice and then a side of veggies. Why can’t they charge me the same way and just omit the rice? If anything it saves them money, but the owners seem too slow to get that.

This Waba Grill at Sierra & Jurupa is excellent. I ordered a Waba Bowl with vegetables and it was delicious. It had a lot of everything from chicken, steak, and veggies. Plus, my order was taken by Mario who was very courteous and friendly. Just a super nice person. I got my order quickly and it was hot and fresh. I eat daily at various Waba Grill locations throughout the IE and Los Angeles and this is one of the best or the best location I have ever eaten at.
Great food and great customer service! Always fast and consistent. Lots of available parking too

This place is amazing. Food is always consistent with the quality and taste. Employees are generous. I just wish they recognized their regulars :(I used to come here almost everyday for lunch and get a mini bowl/combo and stack up my rewards points on the app. Only bad thing I can say is that there was two seperate days when I had asked for the restroom key and the same young woman looked annoyed I asked.
