The seasoned potatoes are really good. They gave me a croissant instead of a biscuit for the egg and cheese biscuit combo. I decided to eat it anyways and it was really good.

Make sure to add your sauces on the app they are free. In person they want to charge 27 cents even for one sauce after they just charged $17 for a meal.

Just left Wendy’s in Fontana off Sierra and Valley Boulevard I will sit in the drive-through for about 5 to 10 minutes. No one ever came to take my order because they were closed but they have business hours that confirmed by them that they were open till 1 AM. They could at least block off the drive-through if they’re closed.

Went this morning Diego got my order wrong it was cold and the English muffin was hard. And if you have a special with purchase it should be in the bag. Nowhere does it say you have to let them know it's a Wendy's special you know what's going on it should be in the bag regardless

The manager here Paula I think is her name is rude and not just to customers also yelling at the workers too it’s unprofessional . This is a horrible way to run a business .

My spicy chicken sandwich was cold, so were my fry’s seemed like it been sitting there for a minute, and the drive through lady seemed tired of her job. So disappointed
Bro y'all suck most times I came here my order was wrong. I got a plain burger and I got a burger with everything. On top of that I got nuggets in the biggie bag but I didn't get any.

After a shift at food service which is understandably frustrating (since I work at food service too) you just want something quick and easy even if it isn’t something amazing or healthy you can atleast expect some decent service even just something simple but instead at this Wendy’s you have to deal with the rudest most obnoxious manager (I’m assuming) ever. After every thing you order you get hit with “WILL THAT CONCLUDE YOUR ORDER” and you sit there so confused wondering if you told her your order is complete which is there a 80 percent chance of your order not being complete. I wonder if this Lady has been taught any manners or how she even got to be a manager? Second (technically the first time I met this lady) after paying with my card she forgot to hand it back to me. I drive away and realize and swoop back. She puts my card out sticking out her hand through the drivers window I grab it no “sorry” or anything just a mad dog face staring at me like I’m the idiot who forgot to get his card back. Today was the second time of dealing with this lady and I want to make it my last. But atleast the food good.

I normally use their app for ordering. Their app is very easy to use and allows for any substitutions. They also have good specials on the app. I have found that I really like the breakfast. My favorite is the croissant sausage sandwich. Ith the Swiss cheese sauce, it is very good. Good breakfast deal on the biscuits right now. Their fries are normally pretty good as long as they are cooked right. I suggest using the drive theu when using the app as they seem to prioritize the drive thru. I haven't had any real problems here.

I ordered a combo meal, the wrap and loaded baconator fries. They forgot my combo drink and had to come back for it. And never received the baconator fries I paid for. This is during my lunch hour and they did not even give me my receipt to try and get my money back. So now I am out money and food with no way to get it back.

I visit this at around 12:00am.7/11/25 I ordered a bigger bag chicken sandwich with extra pickle&nuggets, the sandwich was old Bread hard, chicken hard, uggets old I ask the cashier 2× how did it come out so quick if u added pickles, I was hungry, I was very missed when I came home ,and this is what I was served and the driver thur person female wasn't at all, friendly when I ask her 2x, about the food, I was ignored, if it was as late as it was I would have brought it back, who ever was working the shift dropped the ball, knew that food had to be old, I'm really big on customer service and quality, and this was horrible, I would like all my food replaced, I will say the Lemonade was good. DO BETTER WITH YOUR NIGHT CREW, Thank you and God Bless, and I have my receipt as well, pray I don't get sick,,, Truely disappointed.
