They don't have syrup or notify you ahead of time before ordering French toast. Like who eats French toast sticks without syrup.

This is my go to Wendy's, they're foods great but recently I've been having issues with their rewards being down? They can't seem to scan my app for some reason because it isn't working. I know this isn't the workers fault but it is frustrating and corporate should fix this because the immediate response is to be upset with the employees even though they cannot control this.

I recently bought the 2 for 7 meal deal, I ordered the classic chx. and the Dave's single. The chx was cold with wilted lettuce, the burger was far and cold with wilted lettuce and over-ripe tomatoe slices. Cold food has become a problem for this location.

I literally saw them prepare my burrito.And then walk it over to the lady.That would be disrespectful to wrap it up.I'm pretty sure she's spit in it.I would avoid this Wendy's.I literally wish I got the proof manager is with all her friends there getting away with the most disgusting disrespectful stuff

The lady in the drive thru was rude .. didn’t even serve me correctly. It showed on her face and attitude that she didn’t want to be there .. they did a micky mouse job packing order only . Ifcshe did want to work why be there with type work energy. Definitely won’t go back to poor service.

We initially lined up at the McDonald’s across the street, but with three cars ahead of us and no movement, we decided to drive over to Wendy’s instead. Our order was taken promptly, and the food was prepared quickly. On our way to the freeway, we noticed the same cars still waiting at the McDonald’s drive-thru. At Wendy’s, the food was delicious, and the iced coffee was full of flavor.
