Manager Maria worst manager ever. Everyone check your receipts she is over charging with the intention that customers won’t notice to boost sales. We just went through the drive and ordered a kids meal she charged my card $28. When we went back in side she said she knew we would come back in for a refund. But why would you charge your customers incorrectly. First she refused to provide a receipt and when she gave us one it was for someone else is order. Also when you use the app she acts like she’s scanning the code but the total never changes. Be careful about this location.
The manager didn't seem to have a clue. What was going on or how to take an order? The employee's had a better grasp of what was going on than she did. The system was down and they wouldn't accept my coupon, which I specifically ordered. What I ordered because I had a coupon. Not necessarily, because that was what I really wanted but at that point I didn't want to go back. And change my order. Because there was a line of cars behind me. I asked for a ranch to which I was told I would be charged even though again. I couldn't get them to take my coupon. They wanted to charge me for a sauce. And then they gave me no receipt and had an attitude when I asked for a straw.

We ordered in the drive thru at this location on Baseline on 11/2 at 6:55pm and ordered 3 sandwiches, baconator fries, cinnabon, and 4 piece chicken strips. The drive thru person didn't provide a receipt, we asked for 2 sauces for the chicken and a ranch for the fries and was told we had to pay 27 cents for sauce. Unbelievable for a $45 order. No napkins, no receipt, no ranch and definitely not friendly service. This just goes to show why we hardly get fast food anymore and we know which Wendy's location to avoid now. We will not be returning.

I oderes a potatoe with sour cream and cives with butter on the side. I got a potatoe with no sour cream and no butter. My frosty was melting and finally the receipt they gave me belong to a different customer.i had to go back NC get my receipt. Totally disappointed.
I went through the drive through at 11:55p last night. Ordered the single burger combo. The server was nice. I live less than five minutes away. When I got home, I turned on the tv and sat down to eat. The fries were warm. The burger was ice cold. The server knowingly served me an ice cold burger. That’s poor service and unacceptable. I had to microwave the meat.

They make me wait 15 min to order my food, only customer inside the restaurant. they knew I was there the whole time just to tell me after 15 min waiting to order in the computer. Really bad customer service. 7/27 10:30am

Just left this location. The guy who took are order was rude and looked like he hates being there. I asked to use the restroom and had to wait for one if the workers to open it. I stood at the front waiting for anyone to ask what i needed and that same rude guy just walked on by. The younger guy finally came to open the restroom once i asked again. Other customers were also upset about the lack of customer service.

Definitely come here if you love paying a lot of money to go through the drive thru, get parked out front snd have to wait 5-10 more minutes, then get very cold and stale food. Best experience that happened every single time!! :)

Food is good here and service that's why its packed. Irritating how bussy it gets, but zero complaints about the orders or food. The employees ACTUALLY hustle when its busy.

Worst Wendy’s the employee at the window sucks and the manager does aswell. I placed an online order at 9:20 and I still arrived a little and they still made me park at the front and wait another 20 minutes. They are so rude
im doordasher staff not good bad people i don’t like no respect for dasher . i am pickup order for customer and she asked me extra bbq sauce but saff no give me and customer give me bad reviews and violation . i feed so bad its my full time job and my account in danger now……..
