The atmosphere is good but the food was kind of smushed. Kind of like they squashed it. The biggest complaint I have, however, is the fact that they don't use trays at this location anymore. Probably part of the reason that my food was the way it was because of the fact that they put everything in a bag on top of your burgers. It's not ideal, especially if you're eating in.

Rude, with attitude and prejudice.
If you go to this store, be ready to be mistreated.

Dining room closed 20 minutes prior to posted closing time. I like to go in to order vs going through drive thru so they don’t mess up my order. Had to go through drive thru due to dining room being closed prior to posted signage. Guess what! They messed up my order! They have one job to do and they can’t get it right!

I don't think I will be visiting this wendys ever again. First off my order was given to the driver ahead of me. Then the food was given back. When I got to the window they gave me my food supposedly. I was missin 2 items, had to re ask in the window, then get off my car and go back in. My 2 burgers I ordered were chicken sandwiches.. Meat in chili was not cooked all the way. Food was cold. Horrible!! I couldn't even get straws. Yet they want to get paid more than $20 an hour.

I ordered the Dave's Single, the equivalent of a salad and it's very small. I think the double would have satisfied my hunger more. The snack is not bad but it has a much more industrialized flavor than other big brands. The highlight is the potatoes, I found them delicious and crunchy, some of them came with the skin on and I really liked the flavor. Anyway, it's not something I'll eat again (intentionally) or that I'd recommend, but if hunger strikes and the only nearby option is a Wendy's like it happened to me, know that it's not a big deal.

The staff is very rude! The woman in the drive through window is very short, she acts like certain payment preferences gives her an attitude. The food was sad, the buns are soggy EVERYTIME I GO or stale and falling apart. The meat is always cold. It's not a good experience but the staff makes it so much worse. They left multiple things off my order so I had to go inside to ask for these things and was met with more attitude.

Ehats the point in ordering ahead and opting for the drive thru if I am always told to park in the damn front. I already spent damn near 5 minutes in the drive thru with just two cars in front of me. Now sitting in the front for the second time of me ordering online. This is ridiculous. I have other things I have to get to.

I was waiting to order mind you nobody inside the restaurant . I was standing waiting for someone no communication from the associates, not even a “someone will be right with you “ nothing. Bad bad . No communications at all but I like Wendy’s just work on customer service on all levels of employees

I went into this Wendy's this morning, the place was empty. There was an employee in the front wearing a gray shirt, not sure if she was the manager. She asked if we were paying with cash or card, told her card. She proceeded to point to the self service kiosk and told me to place my order there. I asked her if she could help us with the self service, the screen was stuck. She ignored my request, she was too busy talking to another co-worker about how she had refused to help another customer who only spoke Spanish. I immediately walked out, I will not support a business that employs ignorant, and unprofessional employees!! Whoever the owner of this establishment is, you should pay attention to the type of people you hire, employees like this will drive your customers away...remember their costing you $20 an hour now.
