Absolutely the WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to and i come here very often cause i live down the street, where do i begin… first of all every time i come here it has never been a problem for me to receive extra sauce with my order, usually when i ask they would simply ask me how many and give me the amount in which i asked. But when this specific female manager is there its a fight just to get extra sauce for my meal even after offering to pay for extra sauce, i reviewed the worst service the other day as i ordered my food through drive thru and the manager refused to give me more than 2 sauces even after offering to pay extra this specific female manager who always gives me a hard time quoted me 1.00$ per sauce, which is unheard of because technically you can’t even charge for sauce in the system but i was willing to pay for it anyways because i enjoy it with my meal! But i will no longer go to this Wendy’s anymore because of the service i received by the manager and it sucks because i live in the community

So I went to the drive through at about five forty yesterday evening After I got to the second window. They decided to tell me they were out of chocolate frosties and offered me a couple options which I did not want. Sorry requested my money back. Which obviously upset both the girls working counter drive through and Front So after waiting for my change. I'm putting up with a little attitude which I understand they were busy. But I did not want to substitute. So I got my change and the girl said here's your sandwich. When I got home and got a couple bites of it. Obviously not the sandwich that I had ordered. And it was old and rancid. I spent the following 12 hours, vomiting and very sick lucky. I did not end up in a hospital at my mature age. Anyway, my point is, I'm pretty sure that the kitchen staff gave me an old rancid Sandwich on purpose. And I wanna say to, I was very polite and I was not rude, I just did not want anything else besides what I ordered. The franchise owner should be very concerned about his kitchen staff and employees Doing childish and immature stuff that could get somebody violently ill and possibly Worse.

Cold and soggy bacon cheese fries. Cheese not even melted. Baconator burger doesn't even have enough bacon. Customer service won't even answer the phone. Never come back again to this location

My issue here is with a lady that works drive-thru at night and always gives attitude when I come through. She has now resorted to telling me that the frosty machine is out every time I come through. I have never done anything to this lady to cause her behavior. I am now going to take it up with the Genearal Manager. I used to come to this Wendy's every night to get Nuggets and a frosty for my autistic daughter. I will now be going to other Wendy's.

This was the worst experience that I've ever had at any Wendy's location so my bad experience began whenever myself and my wife decided to stop in for a quick bite to eat we got 2 spicy chicken sandwich combos we got our food and didn't think much of it.Whenever we actually started eating our food we noticed that the chicken sandwiches we rubbery and stale like they've been sitting for hours the fries were cold as well so we threw the food away because it wasn't edible at all reason I didn't bring the food back right away is because I'm a truck driver and I had limited time left on my clock so I called in and explained my gripe on our food was told that I could go back and get a replacement at any time before they close. So after my 10 hour rest break I try to call this is around 11:30pm I called 3 times back to back no answer I knew they were open because they don't close until 1 amSo we decided to drive up there we first go to the door to go in to the dining area but we couldn't go in due to the doors being locked then we proceed to go to the drive thru because my truck wouldn't fit so immediately we get weird looks.The staff ignored us locked the windows as if just because we are African American that we were going to rob the place so when we finally get to the window with it being shut a fat Hispanic women stared saying you need to have a car which I tell her my truck won't fit and her and a skinny Hispanic guy lie and say we are closed when more cars came up and got food even after they said that they read our receipt and still turned us away don't come here if your minority because you won't be treated fair and the food was flat out terrible 26 dollars down the drain

Horrible service! They can't get a simple order correct. They used the wrong bun on the loaded nacho chicken sandwich (not the one in the picture). They are also too lazy to switch the breakfast sign to the lunch menu after 10:30. The lazy workers were Genoveva and Kimberly. They also charge you for any sauces/packets...bs.
